Big hotel with almost no character. Staff was rather indifferent and not very cooperative. Breakfast in the morning wasn’t refilled properly. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Service in the restaurant not up to standard. I wouldn’t say I would avoid it in the future, especially since the price was very fair.

Wanted to book an event. Stressed that we bring cases with dimensions 110x200cm. in BOLD letters and pictures. Took three reminders for them to respond. Then, multiple calls. Their telephone system broke down. Finally: an offer. Requested an agreement. The response was: just sign the email. For security we double-checked - and no, the cases will not fit through their hallways. What a respectless waste of time. If you try to launch an event there, my best advice: don't.

Das Hotel erreicht meiner Meinung nach nicht einen 4-Sterne Staus. Zimmer waren sauber, Rezeption war freundlich, allgemein wäre das Haus renovierungsbedürftig. Die Toilettenartikel waren nicht gefüllt. Das Frühstück war gut, aber die Auswahl ließ um 10 Uhr schon sehr nach. Das Frühstück wurde bis 11 Uhr angeboten. In der Zeit wo wir zum Frühstück waren, wurde nichts nachgefüllt. Eine Sorte Saft fehlte, Brot war keins mehr da. Wurst und Käse auch sehr mager. Der kleine Rest Rührei lag sicherlich schon über eine Stunde im Behälter. Das versprochene Getränk als Gold-Mitglied wurde nicht ausgegeben. Zu diesem Preis kommen wir nicht wieder.
