地理位置極佳，市中心的中心去哪兒都方便，市區景點基本都可以步行到達。
酒店是老的歷史建築，其實房間不小但比較老舊，有洗漱用品，單沒有瓶裝礦泉水需要去走廊飲水機接水。
前台基本不太會英語，但是會用翻譯軟件和你溝通。
總體而言在旺季的海參崴，除去青旅算是個很好的選擇了，畢竟你住的偏可能會便宜些但這裏打車可不便宜。

Забронировали отель для спикера на мероприятие, перепутали дату, позвонил на ресепшен помочь решить вопрос, услышал фразу номер вашей категории свободный есть, но его можно арендовать только онлайн, но где его можно арендовать не сказал администратор по телефону, так как срочно ей нужно заселить другого гостя. В итоге пришлось взять свободный номер дороже в четыре раза, стоимость нашего номера была 16000 за два дня в итоге мы заплатили 50000, но не было бы возмущения если бы просто не было номеров этой категории, я мог отменить бесплатно бронь, так как она была на август, и оплатить на месте или онлайн, но клиент-ориентированность в случае со мной оказалась на нуле. Не тратьте время на звонки в случае такого пролета, как у меня. Отель в черный список(

網上的圖太差了，這家酒店對我來講很不錯了。隔壁就是警局，對面是牛排酒吧，一樓和前台一門之隔就是網上説的那個海參崴食堂。馬路對面也有個食堂。不過酒店樓下的本地人更多。我們去的那天是俄羅斯建軍節，隔壁彈鋼琴我還以為是每天都有的活動呢。酒店門口的路是與步行街平行的一條路，走兩步就到海邊。酒店的樓梯一定要走一下，很有感覺。冬天一定很暖和，感覺樓體特別厚實。有窗能開，有浴缸，有電視，大小也是夠的。我帶女兒住了4晚。很不錯。就是到的那天下雨，都已經到酒店對面了，也不知道哪個是酒店大門。去的小夥伴看圖裡有車那張吧，倆車中間凹進去的就是大門。在海參崴膽子要大，很多店門平時都是關着的。要自己去“探索”。去之前到哈爾濱銀行換錢，到了之後可以在機場換，或者在天然氣銀行ATM機器裏取，不過有幾個銀行的ATM都是藍色的容易搞混，到時候看好圖標。在機場人工換錢旁邊就有，多換點。到市區找起來麻煩。

天氣一般所以山頂沒去
