The hotel is nice and clean. But there are some inconveniences.
1. The drain in the shower works very poorly.
2. The door in the room at the entrance constantly slams very loudly, so much so that the walls shake. Install a normal automatic door closer, maybe the problem will be solved.
3. There is nothing special nearby, except for a cafe near the hotel and a kiosk with shawarma. The stores nearby are terrible. If you buy something there, watch the expiration dates of the products, there are many expired ones.

The hotel is located on Egershelde next to Cape Cooper. In order to get to the hotel you need to go around the building, the entrance is from the sea. I lived in a hotel on Avramenko 2. My number one was large in area with a huge work area with five sockets, which is very convenient when you have a lot of devices. The room has a large comfortable double bed, two bedside tables with sockets. There is where to hang things, in the bedside tables there are two bathrobes and slippers. There is a small fridge as well as a kettle. There is a microwave in the hallway where you can warm something up. The bathroom is large with a walk-in rain shower. Smart toilet with many features. In general, a great place, the only thing that let us down was the Internet. The quality of communication was disgusting, it is easier to use cellular communication.

Отель полностью не соответствует своему описанию. Хорошо хоть жил там пару дней во время командировки. Номер маленький, очень тесный, с одной кроватью (я со своим средним ростом на ней не очень помещался в длину), шкафа нет, зубных принадлежностей и бритвенных нет; стула присесть также нет; пришёл в номер и сел на кровать - все!!!! Санузел крошечный и с забитым стоком, обещанный японский унитаз отсутсвует (своим самый простой) и это за 6500 в сутки!!!! Хотя на сайте описание номера совсем другое Завтраки: их нет в принципе, хотя до заселения уточнял - сказали, что за дополнительную плату есть. В реальности нет никаких. При очень большом желании можно попить кофе, но за ним нужно сходить и купить пачку в другом корпусе, намолоть его и потом заварить из чайника. Сам отель расположен на 1-и этаже жилого дома, вид на местную дорогу Ресепшен в другом здании, каждый раз туда приходится ходить и это не удобно очень По поводу расположения в городе: на сайте сообщается, что 20 минут до центра!!! Нет, это не правда - 40 минут быстрым шагом и это очень далеко На счёт покушать где-то рядом с отелем - тоже не про него, рядом ничего нет, ближайшая пиццерия 20 минут тем же бодрым шагом Не рекомендую и не советую Посмотрел ради интереса отели в самом центре города - за эти же деньги есть прекрасные отели и номера, а не предложенная конура Жаль, что описание отеля в интернете полностью не соответсвует действительности, так же как и стоимость номеров И ещё раз - не рекомендую и не советую
