Among the staff: a barista, who is also an administrator, and a cleaning lady. Check-in is at 14:00, check-out is at 12:00, and the cleaning lady starts cleaning at 7:30! How is that? I'm on vacation, I want to sleep, not listen to the sounds of her work. To my question why she doesn’t clean between 12:00 and 14:00; 00, answered: well, because it’s so convenient for me to come! It’s convenient for her, not for visitors, but for her! This is fine?!? The toilet area is atas: the toilet rooms are small, as if for children, the showers are untidy, and you have to undress in the common area, where everyone brushes their teeth, and go naked to the shower room, because... It is impossible to undress in the shower; everything will be flooded with a permanent shower. Black plumbing is covered with a coating, like mold. There is dust on the window sills in the common area of ​​the hostel. Unpleasant. Air conditioning is only in the common area, in the capsules there is only ventilation. Accordingly, it is hot in them at night, although we chose a capsule near the air conditioner. I had to sleep with the doors open. My pillow was missing. I discovered this when I returned to the hostel in the evening, through the back door. Because the entrance to the hostel is through the cafe, which, as I said, is open until 21:00. And as you understand, there were no employees. I had to take a pillow from another capsule. Keys to capsules, as well as keys to personal lockers, are unreliable. I opened other cabinets for my experiment, as well as another capsule of my son... It turns out interesting... So don’t store something important there... Carry it with you 😒😏. We chose this hotel only because of our son. He was attracted by the appearance of these capsules. By writing a review, I want to warn other travelers against unexpected surprises. Because good reviews were apparently bought or left by their own people. Rating on a 5-point system, I give it 1. Because the capsule sunk into my son’s soul. But I have traveled a lot, having been in various categories of hotels, hostels, guest houses, and I understand perfectly how it should be. And even if I pay 1700 rubles. For a bed, I shouldn’t feel like a homeless person at the station. Don't be fooled by the friendly staff and that it's "cozy and warm."

Это был мой первый опыт проживания в капсульном отеле, и он очень порадовал - удобное расположение в городе, атмосферное, уютное кафе, вкусная еда, в капсуле очень комфортно, свежо, чистая гигиеническая комната, дружелюбные молодые люди в персонале, и что немаловажно, отличная цена по сравнению с обычными гостиничными номерами, - в общем, только положительные впечатления от этого места, благодарю, и рекомендую)))
