It was my first time traveling abroad, and my UnionPay card in China could not be used in Russia. All hotels booked on Ctrip. It may be the peak tourist season. I wanted to book for 2 consecutive days, but it was not possible. When I checked out the next day, I found that the hotel still had rooms, but I had already booked another hotel. Vladivostok is a mountain city, and this hotel is located at a relatively high altitude. The hotel front desk clerk is gentle and virtuous and can communicate in English.

Booked this for my parents. The hotel is halfway up the mountain. It would be a bit tiring without a car. My parents hired a car for a day. The night view is pretty good. The hotel is clean. Breakfast is not included. It costs 50 RMB and can be booked now. The hotel is quite popular with many foreign tourists. You need to buy some food in advance, otherwise the supermarkets around the hotel are far away and not very convenient

Very cost-effective hotel! The stay was very comfortable, the room was big and breakfast was included by default. It is very close to the commanding heights, but please note that it is best to take a taxi, as it is at the top of the mountain! !

Not a bad hotel

A very mediocre hotel. We booked two rooms from August 25 to September 2, 2024. The rooms are very small, the repair is poor, especially room a102. The hotel is designed so that the entrance to each room on the first floor is directly from the street (inner courtyard). As a result, you get a tiny dark room, the toilet door rests right on the bed. The blinds are stained, the door frame is rusty, the carpet is stained, the linen is washed out, the ventilation is poor. The hooks for outerwear hang directly above the mirror - either hang your clothes or use the mirror. The breakfasts are monotonous, the choice is small. In the breakfast room, the decorative ceiling is sagging, it looks dangerous. We asked for a lunchbox on the day when the excursion began very early. They gave it, but they charged 60 rubles for each box separately. Around the hotel there are solid construction sites and a hostel, in which, perhaps, builders live. The hotel does not have a beautiful view of the bay, you have to walk to get to it. We did not use the pool.

Всем привет! Впервые пишу относительно двойственный отзыв об отелях. С одной стороны: вроде бы всё неплохо, номер нормальный, удобства все есть, бассейн с сауной на территории (что, несомненно, плюс), завтраки относительно хорошие. Но, почему то не покидало ощущение, что нахожусь то ли в отеле, то ли в хостеле. Как-то вот, то ли его расположение повлияло (вокруг стройка, рядом то ли общежитие, то ли хостел с непонятными видами окон), то ли сама концепция отеля, который ближе к "анапскому стилю" семейного общежития. С другой стороны: весь вечер непонятная вонь на лестнице, как будто, кто то, извините, нассал. Утром вонь в номере в санузле из канализации. Может быть мне не повезло и это единичная ситуация ,или случай. Но, "осадочек остался". Дополнительно об организации завтраков. Существенным минусом является то, что по окончании завтрака в 10:00 сразу же начинается завтрак для персонала отеля. Не вопрос - конечно, персонал надо кормить и хорошо, что отель заботится о персонале (надеюсь, это для персонала социальный бонус, а не платная услуга работодателя). Но, можно было бы "разнести" время окончания завтрака для гостей и время начала завтрака для персонала. Нет, я не против совместного приема пищи гостей вместе с персоналом. Но, когда в 10:01 в кафе практически вваливается "группа" персонала и занимает весь ряд шведского стола, не думаю, что это комфортно для гостей. Опять же ничего не имею против такого, но хотя бы была бы получасовая разница между заходами гость-персонал. Есть же "неписаное" правило отелей, гость не должен ощущать присутствие персонала. но персонал должен появляться сразу же, когда гостю это понадобится. Практически никогда никаким объектам не ставил 3 балла, но в этот раз вынужден это сделать.
