除了入住晚上的前台臉很臭，第二天的前台和餐廳工作人員服務態度好很多。酒店硬件很不錯，但電器、洗漱用品很一般。

地理位置偏僻，周邊沒有任何可以玩和逛的，旁邊的熊肉飯店，除了麪餅能吃，其他慎重。房間外部大氣富麗，有很多當地人結婚拍照，內部就像招待所，自帶一股黴味。

房間開窗後有很多蟲子飛入（瓢蟲、蛾類等）。
房間淋雨區域的置物架生銹嚴重。
其他服務整體上都滿意。

房間環境沒有任何挑剔的，但是周邊除了一家餐廳之外也沒什麼了，然後值得注意的是，yandex go現金付款叫車真的很隨緣，下午時間段很難叫到車，早上偶爾還好。
