Fijn hotel bed was heerlijk. Deluxe kamers zijn erg goed gewoon. Dikke pluim voor het personeel. Harde werkers en vriendelijkheid brengt je verder. Restaurant is zeker goed in orde lekker eten en Kip yakatori was erg lekker. Kom er graag weer.

+ Vriendelijke receptie, fijne ruime kamer, goed sanitair, prima bedden, prima ontbijt. De locatie is (nog?) niet mooi, maar wel handig. - In de avond hebben we zeker een kwartier in het restaurant zitten wachten, maar er kwam geen bediening, nagevraagd bij de receptie, ze zouden aan onze tafel komen, maar wederom 10 minuten lang niemand die bij ons in de buurt kwam. Van lieverlee maar naar KFC vlakbij gegaan. Dat was dus een minpuntje, waarschijnlijk wat te weinig personeel die avond. Wel jammer.

Uitstekende service en personeel. Prima hotelkamer en goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Ook het restaurant is voor diner naar wens. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en toegankelijk. Goeie parkeerruimte met altijd plek, die 24/7 toegankelijk is.

Iv stayed in this hotel on and off now for over 4 years but recently I have had a really disappointing experience. I went to work on the morning to come home late evening and find my door open and a towel under it keep it open. I went to reception and asked why was my door open and they apologised and said it must of been a mistake by the cleaner which is fine we are all human and we all make mistakes. After further looking through my room I was missing a jacket of the back of my chair I asked if they had seen it or has it been mixed up on the laundry. They checked and came back with no. The next day I was told my room won’t be getting cleaned as no one wants to be blamed for things going missing. So I’m now being punished due to the negligence of there staff and making me the one to be in the wrong. I have sent several emails to of which I have had no reply Iv asked to speak to the management and no reply I find this very disappointing as up to this point it was a good place to stay but unfortunately I would definitely not recommend. I’m back in the area in 2 weeks we will go from there
