We stayed there with my wife and two children over a weekend (October 2012). Magnificent place, both indoors and outdoors. Dimitris Michopoulos, who we had the pleasure to meet and have very interesting conversations, took an old house almost 30 years ago and turned it into a traditional Greek mansion, with lots of old furniture, pieces of art (paintings, modern sculpture) and lots of places to sit and relax. Nature is at its best (Pelion is a unique place in terms of nature and here is a typical place where you can see and feel this). Our room with two double beds was very good with lots of space. The room price was amazing, although due the financial crisis in Greece (which has also caused a lot of pain to hotels in Pelion) hotel prices in the area have come down in general... The only thing this hotel falls short is the breakfast, which includes no more than the absolutely necessary (and that's why I rate this hotel with 4 stars instead of 5), but that did not spoil our wonderful experience. Strongly recommend it.
