Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e non ci tornerò mai più! Struttura pessima, i proprietari antipatici e molto scortesi e maleducati, soprattutto la signora più anziana. Sala colazioni sporca e pochissima scelta. Le camere sono obsolete e datare. Unica nota positiva la simpatia e cordialità delle cameriere ai piani sempre disponibili a scambiare due parole.

Hotel in decadenza, peccato perché ha una posizione fantastica: vista lago e con una bella piscina ma la pulizia nelle camere PESSIMA(c’erano polvere, ragnatele e formiche ovunque). Ascensore e distributore macchinette del 15-18. Piscina sporca, piena di insetti e capelli. Colazione con poche scelte. Il prezzo non è stato alto, ma almeno garantire il minimo.

Questa è la nostra 3 volta al Royal. Partiamo dalle note positive: La camera vista lago e la Simpatia della Signora Carmen. Note negative: Struttura datata, ci siamo fermati 2 notti, il secondo giorno per circa due ore nel pomeriggio non siamo riusciti ad utilizzare la piscina perché i un Gruppo di Ragazzini si sono messi a giocare a pallone disturbando la clientela(probabilmente non clienti dell’hotel)

Posizione invidiabile: fronte lago. Personale gentile e educato. Camera grande e rimodernata. Pulizia, nulla da segnalare: pulito! Piscina di buone dimensioni, anche questa pulita. Colazione, soddisfacente per un 3 stelle, con servizio al tavolo dei prodotti di caffetteria e delle omelette, buono il buffet. Cuscini: troppo piccoli. Materasso: confortevole. Bagno: totale mancanza del doccino nella doccia e assenza di mensole e appendi salviette e supporti per gli accappatoi.
