カップルで6月に3泊しました。市内中心部から少し離れていて、目の前にバスがあるのですがバスの乗り方、チケットの買い方に問題がなければバスの利用をお勧めします。地下鉄の場合、割と歩くのでしんどいかもです。少し坂になっているので上りが大変でした。6月でもかなり気温が高くて暑かったです、エアコンがないので夏には不向きかもしれません。かなり部屋に熱気がこもります。扇風機があるのですが、熱気がこもってる中では冷えないです。WiFiあるのですが、重いです。ギガ気にしないのであればWiFi外したほうが使いやすいです。サービスはとてもよく、優しく対応してくれます。飼い猫の猫ちゃんがいて、遊びに来ます。アレルギーある方は気をつけてください。あと庭に出ると隣が丸見えなので、気にしない方はいいかもしれません。

Everything was great. Best price in Paris for a family stay. The staff kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out while we waited for our flight to another city. The bus stop is very close. I can confidently recommend this place.

PROS.
Excellent hotel. Located next to the bus stop, grocery store and bakery nearby.
Clean, everything is new, the kitchen is good, there are dishes, cutlery, stove. The staff is good. There is an inner courtyard where you can sit in silence, admiring the koala.
There is a cat, but you can't touch it.
CONS.
Very loud. There is no soundproofing at all.

The wifi doesn't work very well. I thought it was because it's on the 3rd floor, but I'm not sure!
Other than that, the boiler works well, so it gets warm quickly, hot water comes out well, and the bed is comfortable.
The view from the window is new every day, which is nice.
It's not very close to Paris, but you can get there by taking a bus right in front and changing trains. It's easy to get around, and there are delicious restaurants and bakeries nearby, and a mart is right in front, so it's very convenient.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Paris.
