My biggest concern was the extremely poor access to anywhere. This hotel doesn't have a single receptionist. Not only is there no receptionist, there's no hotel staff at all. To check in, first arrive at the hotel entrance, talk to them over the phone, they'll tell you the password for the front desk and your room, and then you can go inside. There's no elevator, and there are only stairs up to the third floor, so you'll need to be prepared to carry your luggage by yourself. On the plus side, the hotel is newly built, so it's nice and clean, and the atmosphere is bright and cute. Also, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful over the phone. They even went out of their way to speak to me in Japanese using a translator, since I only speak Japanese. The service was incredibly good, and the room was incredibly clean!

We stayed here as a couple for three nights in June. It's a little far from the city center, and there's a bus right in front of the building. If you're comfortable with how to ride and buy bus tickets, I recommend taking the bus. The subway requires a fair bit of walking, so it can be tiring. It's a bit of a hill, so the climb was a challenge. Even in June, it was quite hot. The lack of air conditioning might make it unsuitable for summer. The room gets quite hot. There's a fan, but it doesn't cool you down in the humid air. Wi-Fi is available, but it's slow. If you don't mind data usage, it's easier to disable it. The service is excellent, and the staff are very kind. There's a pet cat that likes to play. Be careful if you have allergies. Also, the garden is completely visible to neighbors, so it might be a good option for those who don't mind.

The wifi doesn't work very well. I thought it was because it's on the 3rd floor, but I'm not sure! Other than that, the boiler works well, so it gets warm quickly, hot water comes out well, and the bed is comfortable. The view from the window is new every day, which is nice. It's not very close to Paris, but you can get there by taking a bus right in front and changing trains. It's easy to get around, and there are delicious restaurants and bakeries nearby, and a mart is right in front, so it's very convenient.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Paris. The owner and staff are very friendly, making us feel at home, and they take special care of us! Highly recommended!
