Este hotel no merece ni por asomo las estrellas que tiene. Las habitaciones que dicen ser de ‘no fumadores’ apestan a tabaco. El trato del personal es desagradable. En mi vida he visto nada igual en un hotel de esta ‘supuesta’ categoría. Para colmo la decoración es anticuada, está mal ubicado y la calefacción no funciona. Un horror.

El menú excelente, muy cuidado, muy rico, abundante y muy bien presentado. El servicio muy atento y agradable Es un lugar tranquilo, super recomendable. Volveremos pronto . Estuvimos en el Spa, fenomenal, muy limpio y temperatura ideal, hemos salido relajadisimas.

Somos clientes de su cafetería y comedor. Clientes asiduos por tener un espacio agradable, buena barra y un servicio muy profesional, educado y amigables. Pero hoy hemos observado una situación propia del tercer mundo. Una señora que parecía ser jefa por su actitud chulesca, mandaba y controlaba a medio metro de los sufridos camareros algo como una limpieza general del espacio cafetería. Imagen patética y propia de otros tiempos, le faltaba el látigo. Dudo que una limpieza general sea competencia de profesionales camareros. Ahora me explico de lo que pasa en hostelería.

Terrible restaurant quality (78€ Christmas menu; water and wine already opened on the table before sitting down; main courses and desserts are defrosted). Terrible service (35 minutes wait for a watery, cold coffee). Shameful 5* hotel. Not recommended.

No es un hotel 5 estrellas, es 4 estrellas…los servicios de un 5 estrellas son mas numerosos y mayor calidad. Un hotel de 5 estrellas no suele cobrar 40€ por un check in anterior a las 13:00 horas y es lo que me cobraron.

Hoy por hoy no es un hotel de 5 estrellas. Con 3 tiene suficientes. Los enchufes están medio sueltos; el spa es caro para lo que es y en los colchones se notan los muelles.
Lo mejor: el personal. Muy amables y atentos.

Agréable, mais attentio aux surprises ...
Hôtel très agréable, chambre spacieuse et confortable avec un lit king size. Très propre. Petit déjeuner assez varié mais cher. Hôtel très éloigné du centre ville.
Spa agréable, mais cher et surtout sur le site rien n'est précisé au fait que le Spa est payant. C'était pour nous une surprise !!!
C'est tout de même 20€ de l'heure !!!
