I didn't receive the check-in email. After arriving, I had to make an international long-distance call to find a customer service staff before I received the check-in email. Everything else was fine.

On first site I would rate it perfect, upon visiting this is a totally remote support facility with no human being to answer your request, questions or service. The property is managed remotely from Madrid using WhatsApp. Our first day there we did not have air/conditiong. The unit was turned on the next day of arrival. The last day we were locked out of our room. If it were not for the cleaning staff who witnessed our desesperation I would have lost my luggage, and lost my train ride . Totally unacceptable, The place although modern, clean and with amenities needs to have a “human” to resolve the daily inconveniences. I will “NEVER” stay in a Lime managed property again. They are informal, insensitive people to what they represent. I gave it a 5 of failure!

Arrival Experience: Upon arrival, the temperature was a sweltering 34 degrees. Our apartment was on the top floor, and the heat was unbearable. The air conditioning was not functioning because it had just been switched off for the heating season, despite being advertised as available. This could be perceived as a misleading advertisement. I requested a fan, but there was no staff available to assist with this issue, resulting in a very uncomfortable night. Fortunately, the air conditioning started working the next day at 10:00 AM. Checkout Issues: After the initial discomfort, the rest of our stay went smoothly until checkout. I had previously arranged for a late checkout until 12:00 PM with Customer Service. However, after having breakfast, we returned at 11:15 AM to find that the access code to the building had been deactivated. I reached out to customer service for assistance but did not receive a response. We eventually managed to get back into the apartment to retrieve our suitcases. Conclusion: The apartments themselves are nice and centrally located, but the miscommunication between customer service, the building, and guests significantly detracted from our experience. I hope this feedback helps improve future stays for others.

Great are , close restaurants, walking to historical area. Nonparking that was a minus, had to walk 15 mins to closest parking which it was great walk, but prefer if they had parking.

Sin embargo la cama fue súper incómoda y en el baño la regadera no tiene ni una tela y se moja TODO.
