Abbiamo dormito in questo hotel per tre notti per visitare Viterbo e i borghi vicini. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, anche se non eravamo abituati al check-in automatico ma comunque è andata! Si solo la scala un po’ ripida ma comunque ce l”abbiamo fatta. Da consigliare sicuramente!

Siamo stati qui una sola notte e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L accesso può avvenire senza presenza dell host grazie a cassette per le chiavi. La camera è molto bella, spaziosa, ben arredata e con aria condizionata. Bagno bello e ben fornito. Ci si può servire di the, acqua fresca e caffè. Davvero bello. Sconsigliato solo se avete difficoltà con le scale perché sono un po ripide per raggiungere le camere. In pieno centro ma tranquillo. Attenzione alla zona ZTL facilmente evitabile parcheggiando in basso e salendo a piedi. Se avete bagagli pesanti vi consiglio di scaricare prima dell inizio della ZTL (100 metri dal b&b) e poi andare a parcheggiare nel parcheggio gratuito più in basso. Super gradito inoltre l ingresso gratuito alle terme !

Incredibile casa nel centro storico di Viterbo! La camera è eccezionale e il servizio ancora di più: ero in difficoltà per via di un annullamento dell’ultimo momento e nel giro di 10 minuti la proprietaria mi ha fatto accedere alla casa! Check in e check out in autonomia e provvista di tutto! 11 su 10!

The bed is really good, the room spacy and clean and the location convenient.
However a couple of downsides:
-communication was not good. I have called a day before for checkin instructions. They would be send the next morning. I did not receive them and had to ask again.
- The window does not keep any noise out, so you wake up when the locals start shouting outside from 7am.
- It says “parking available”, this is simply not true. The guesthouse is in a pedestrian zone and free parking is available at a 10min walk with some stairs.

Abbiamo alloggiato presso questa struttura ad inizio febbraio durante un viaggio di famiglia occupando tre delle quattro camere. Perfetta pulizia e servizio attento. Molto apprezzato il ripasso giornaliero delle camere e la presenza della macchina per il caffè in ogni stanza. Struttura in posizione centrale molto comoda per visitare la parte storica. Unica nota da segnalare a chi ha serie difficoltà motorie: la casa essendo in centro storico, non può avere l'ascensore e quindi presenta una rampa di scale per accedere alle camere. Per il resto è molto consigliato.

Outstanding location - easy walking to all of Viterbo’s attractions. The piazza just outside is a real bonus - lovely to sit there of an evening and watch the locals walking their dogs and stopping to chat.

Per Natale abbiamo scelto Viterbo e la nostra agenzia ci ha trovato questa guest house , centralissimo la nostra stanza ( erbe)) si affaccia proprio sulla piazza delle erbe. Stanze nuove appena rinnovate ( un po’ più di attenzione al calcare che in bagno ha già fatto un po’ di danni con incrostazioni nel carrello delle doccia ) stanze calde e accoglienti con macchina per il caffè e una piccola stanzetta dove trovi del necessario per una tisana e rifornirsi di acqua depurata in tre variazioni liscia , leggermente frizzante e frizzante con fiaschette sterilizzate messe a disposizione del cliente . Come già detto è centralissimo ed essendo Viterbo una città antica e medievale l’hotel è situato in una casa antica ma rinnovata ha pero la pecca di una scala stretta e piccola che a noi non ha dato fastidio ma per persone anziane può essere una difficoltà . La guest house accetta anche i cani
