We had dinner here on a Saturday evening, in mid-February. In the countryside, between Vetralla and Tuscania, it is really a feat to get there at night, but here we are. Ample parking and excellent service in the dining room by Salvatore, an old-school waiter, very professional, but also very friendly. Quality raw materials, excellent cuisine, even if limited to the meat specialties of this PorcoCignale, which is not bad at all, mind you, but almost all the courses have pork meat. It is like going to any restaurant in Tuscany and having only Florentine steak on the menu... Among the second courses we also find two surprises: a sliced beef, which we take, and also the "basket of mixed vegetables from the garden" (!!??). In the end we order the cheeses of Tuscia, a red polenta, the sliced rocket and cherry tomatoes and the mixed grill of pork. Everything is really delicious!
