Excellent
Hotel Baia Resort is highly recommended by me. Location is fantastic. Right on the beach. Service is nice. Above the guys Danilo and Stefano are amzaing, specially Danilo. Very helpful and courteous. Room 303 is really fantastic

Sono stata ospite nella dependance, struttura troppo fatiscente, stanza anni 80 ,bagno non a norma di legge 1x1 metro sanitari e rubinetti improponibili sapevo della doccia senza tenda ma no che è sopra il water non parlando del balcone senza separé e finestra maniglia rotta

Hotel molto comodo direttamente sulla spiaggia ..peccato il mare! Camera molto bella con 2 balconi ben insonorizzata e dotata di tutti i confort doccia grande e funzionalissima ..personale molto gentile .Ora veniamo alle cose ,secondo il mio parere, da migliorare : La cucina ..eccede in quantità ma avvolte pecca in qualità Ok al buffet di antipasti, verdure ,contorni e dolci ma servirei al tavolo i primi e secondi curandoli un po di più ..anche la colazione avrei preferito tutto a buffet self service . Inoltre la richiesta per un late ceck out troppo alta se la camera sarebbe comunque rimasta libera ..nel complesso lo consiglio sicuramente l hotel è veramente comodo ...grazie per averci ospitato

Siamo stati ospiti di questa struttura prenotando quattro camere … direttamente sul mare .. ambiente pulito , camere completamente nuove dotate di ogni servizio .…piscina non grandissima ma con tutti i confort .. staff del bar “ stupendo”!! Anche la ristorazione non male, molte varietà e cibo buono… servirebbe semplicemente un po’ più di “ professionalità “ dello staff!! Come ho fatto presente alla reception.. un po’ più di attenzione nel far rispettare le regole.. mi riferisco ai “ divieti “ imposti negli ambienti comuni … per i quali sono pienamente d’accordo !!! Consiglio questa struttura e non mancherà occasione di essere di nuovo ospite!! Saluti 👋

Camera dotata di tutti i comfort, personale gentile e disponibile, cucina ottima..hotel direttamente sul mare con servizio spiaggia validissimo animazione al mattino e al pomeriggio in spiaggia (e pure la sera)..piccola piscina con idromassaggio molto carina..peccato poter soggiornare solo una settimana!!!

Lo staff dell'hotel è sempre disponibile e pronto ad ogni esigenza del cliente, la pulizia delle camere impeccabile, il buffet è ottimo e soddisfa qualsiasi tipo palato. La famiglia Sgamma è mitica Petra sono sempre attenti ad ogni esigenza del cliente e anche quest'anno lo staff di animazione ci ha accolto a braccia aperte un saluto a Mattia, Martina e Giulia. Delusione totale sopratutto per ciò che riguarda la famosa ospitalità e cordialità romagnola. Scortesia è scarsa disponibilità del personale la fanno da padrone in questo MIINI Hotel dove una camera singola diventa con un piccolo tocco magico una doppia una tripla o anche una quadrupla se volete. Sconsigliato per le famiglie con bambini che al primo tono di voce leggermente più alto del normale venivano letteralmente redarguito manco fossimo in una scuola militare. Sufficiente la cucina. Ottima posizione ma tutto ciò non basta per coprire la scortesia ricevuta. DA EVITARE

Bellissimo hotel sulla spiaggia, personale cardinale e gentile.Animazione in spiaggia, ombrelloni con 30mq di spazio per ognuno.Camera pulitissima! Self service:cibo di qualità e abbondante e super buono.Spero di tornaci.Lo Consiglio vivamente!
