Esperienza negativa è dire poco. Camere strettissime e orribili, puzza di fumo, accessori bagni che cascano a pezzi. Le foto pubblicate non hanno niente a che fare con la realtà. L'unica nota positiva il personale (receptionist, cuoca, cameriere, signora delle pulizie) gentilissimi. Per il resto un posto da dimenticare ed evitare.

We stayed at this property from 9 to 13 June... What can I say... Let's start from the strong points: excellent location on the main street of the town, a stone's throw from the center of Torre Pedrera and 5 minutes from Viserba, crossing the road you are already on the beach. (I recommend both Lido 53 and Mario 52) The girls in the room were very nice and kind despite the difficulty in speaking Italian well, the blonde girl at the reception was also very kind. The menu started off well, but has degenerated.... Choice between two first courses (always pasta only) and two second courses..... The loin remained present for 3 days, transforming from baked Arista, into veal with tuna sauce, then saltimbocca and to finish, meat salad (the last day was gray 🙄), the leftover baked fish ended up in the buffet salad and slowly decomposed.... The normal breakfast. On the structure, score below zero... Terrible rooms, with flying wires here and there (we had one changed but the situation was almost the same, air conditioning non-existent (even where the split is, the air doesn't work) you can see the Spa with binoculars because it is always under maintenance, a children's play area, a rotten dirty corner of the room with 4 games on the cross, broken or not working. Cleaning and tidying up of the rooms needs to be reviewed after 4 days in the room.... What can I say... I would gladly see the 3 girls again, but otherwise they certainly won't see me again!!!!

Thrilling hotel. Be careful, you will eat the same food until your return, look at the photos they speak for themselves, varied food, old and poorly placed rooms, I don't recommend it even to my worst enemy, rude, and above all it's a rip-off, don't stop at the photo placed by the hotel because it is not where you are going to sleep, thieves, we will not return even dead

Scrivo con l'assoluta certezza che nessuno dello staff leggerà questa recensione in quanto sono settimane che non si riesce ad avere una comunicazione decente con loro. Il telefono suona a vuoto e le poche volte che hanno risposto hanno rimandato ad una comunicazione tramite email, a cui si sono mezzi degnati di rispondere (dopo continue email da parte nostra) senza però dare una conferma dell'avvenuta prenotazione. Ci è stato detto che ci sono problemi con le linee, a questo punto la reputo una scusa ridicola, il telefono fisso suona a vuoto e ad una email si può rispondere ovunque, anche da cellulare.. per non parlare del loro numero di cellulare, che non ha mai manco squillato (è questo il problema alle linee?). Dovevamo partire tra 4giorni, ormai direi che non andremo. La professionalità non sapete nemmeno cosa sia, parliamo di settimane e non di una prenotazione last minute. Non verremo, e vedendo le altre recensioni, meglio così! Ridicoli!

Let's start from the assumption that we really had a very good time, especially because from the first day all the staff made us feel at home... We are talking about a hotel facing the sea where the view speaks for itself...no comments needed...but what makes it more fantastic is certainly the welcome and commitment that all the staff put in to make every day special. As for the cuisine, nothing to say... the choices varied between meat and fish menus and if you asked for an encore you were immediately satisfied. Special thanks go to Gino, the resourceful manager, Daniele, the Campanian chef who gave us a few extra kilos with his cuisine, Amalia, our trusted barman, Francesca, young and very sweet, and finally Dhia, a very good waiter, sweet with our children, polite and attentive enough to ensure that all of us bonded with him very much. Having said that...sometimes you shouldn't stop at appearances...SEEING IS BELIEVING!!! See you next year! SEE YOU SOON!!! Ilaria&Stefano

La atención del personal bueno miestras aceptaba la situacion, al decir que no funciona el internet, me ofrecieron cambio de habitacion, entrebal baño a tomar una ducha se inunda el cuarto, el desayuno al primer dia pesimo, tome la decisión de cambiarme de hotel me quisieron cobrar toda la estadia y llamar a la policia, para salir tuve que pagar dos noches completas, sinceramente una estafa.
