Hotel Costazzurra by Interlux

On arrival very pleasant receptionist doesn’t have much interaction with you, to be honest non of the staff interact with you apart from the afternoon gentleman and the lovely lady who cleaned the rooms, English a struggle but would always smile and say morning. The breakfast area had the tv blaring out each morning when we asked if it could be turned down the answer was no… Breakfast had scrambled eggs and all the continental items you would expect. Sunbeds are 17 euros for the beach and payable at reception cash, it’s all payable cash. They don’t tell you that if you want row 2 or 3 on the beach you pay the beach boy an extra 5-10 euros each day. Which makes very expensive sun lounger. Beer at the bar -cash, transport to the airport - cash. We had the hotel shuttle to Rimini airport 45 euros. No conversation in the shuttle Howe er very pleasant. Rooms clean fresh towels each day and beds changed air con excellent. Only negative the staff it’s like you are in the way. Especially the female receptionist, maybe she should re think her customer facing career choice. The lady in the dining room also should rethink her career choice. Big thanks to the male Ukrainian gentleman who works in the afternoon good English and takes an interest in the guests. No shower facilities on your last day, when you have a late flight. I asked the hotel next door but one to my hotel and they provided me with a free shower room and use of their roof terrace. That’s customer service.
