Visby Hotels with Bars

The hotel is located in the old town of Visby, with a rich breakfast and worth a stay. Toothbrushes and slippers should be brought by yourself.

If you have a car, you must pay for parking ($26 for 3 days). It can be noisy if you face the main road. No shelf or counter space in bathroom. Breakfast offering are extensive, but it can be crowded and you must book a time slot the night before. Lots of electric outlets in room. Walking distance to Old Visby. Helpful staff. Close to ferry.

Novi resort is close to the Visby center. The taxi charges 200sek from the Visby port. It becomes more convenient if you have a car. Self check in option makes it more easy. The Deluxe rooms are so worth it with a great view. Superior rooms are quite big as well. The breakfasts are filling and delicious. Special mention to Emy. She made our stay absolutely special. From serving us breakfasts to adhering to requests like giving us heater in the room, extra blankets etc. She is one of the highlight of our stay in Novi resort. Things that can be improved: - Reception closes at 4pm but it would be great if a single staff is around for later for any unforeseen issues. - Our room had heating issue, if such things are monitored it would be great.

Hotel 🏨 is worth full marks. From check-in to entering the house, I was sighed by the scenery. The location of the hotel can be said to be excellent. It is not far from the beach to get off the boat. There is no need to carry luggage and climb the slope. The tall brother at the front desk is super nice. Take the initiative to help take the luggage to help the guests solve the problems. The working lady sent it to the room at breakfast. Finally, when I checked out, I suggested buying a plug and swiping the card. The brother said directly. Give it to me, may I ask if such a staff is out of print. The hotel has a bicycle. The little brother has debugging it for free for two days. The hotel view has been shown above. First of all I would like to point out that I didn’t in fact stay here, but popped in for a coffee to warm myself after a long walk to Högklint and back. They have a small bar/café /restaurant where they serve lunch. I ordered a Cappuccino, and received it beautifully served on a small wood plank together with a couple of pieces of chocolate. It tasted lovely, and service was quick, efficient and friendly. To be recommended!

The worst hotel we ever stayed in! Or first room was very small and in the attic; the balcony was straight over the exhaust from the kitchen so we could neither use the balcony or leave the balcony door open. The view was the short side of the next house a few meters way. The mattresses was very poor. After complaining we got a better room for one night and was promise ”our best double room” for the rest of our stay. This turned out also to be in the attic and so small that we hardly could walk at the side of the bad. The bathroom was the smallest I have seen and wit a defect shower drapery. I have never seen such a bed hotel room And for this, they wanted €300 per night..... We checked out after only two nights from the five booked, which we never have done before. The breakfast buffet was not replenished. Missing was, among other things: bacon, egg cake, juice, juice glasses, butter, marmalade. From the bread it was only two end-pieces left. The breakfast room was crowded, dark and dirty.
