A cockroach found in the room, switched room ASAP, it was late at night so I decided to stay, did not ask for compensation since I stayed, and will not book again!!!

Room was what we expected, value was also good for season we traveled, free breakfast was fair, and room was clean. There was a leak in the hallway from an AC unit which was fine but looked odd, and there was a musty smell in the room. We were able to get the musty smell out of the room keeping the bath fan on 24/7.

Very good Experience and helpful staff. The hotel had a good car park and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was very good and Amanda is an amazing staff.

The Gaint Roaches and nonrefundable stipulations is just RUDE plus DEPOSIT INCREASE, FOR WHAT, TO TAKE ROACHES HOME WITH ME, NO THANKYOU! RUDE Matches the whole staffs attitudes, the rooms still haven't met clean yet. I only come because of their whirlpool tubs but after the gaint roaches and not being able to breath due to my asthma along with the increase deposit I won't be back here again

Staff was friendly, but this place needs some TLC and a LOT of maintenance. Lobby area / breakfast room had no A/C and was uncomfortable. The gal in charge of the breakfast ( Amanda ) is a wealth of information for the parks in the area and really is attentive to guests needs. Kudos to her for making the best of a not-so-great situation. One of our two rooms had to be switched out due to a non-functioning A/C unit. This place has potential, but as is I don't think it's up to BW standards ....
