Well booked The Park because its a beach front property...and the brand ...but was very disappointed..its a hotel that has seen better days ....its old and needs renovations urgently ....the door locks have keys !!!which dont work ...the bottles in wash room have the pump system which dont work...the vanity is worn out and looks shabby .... no one picks up calls in the room service ...only one lift which takes a long time to travel up and down .......only good point is ....its a beautiful location and if you get a beach facing room veiw is stunning....

Did not come across any deficiency with regard to staff behaviour, quality of food, general decor and ambience, quality of room service etc. Our room location offered very good pool side and sea side view. There was additional entertainment when some wedding parties were held in one of which the groom ***** with the groom's party came amidst boisterous music,dancing, drum beating etc. The Assistant Manager Mr S Mukherjee was there to give us a cordial send off during early morning checkout on 26th and bestowed excellent personalized service. All in all, it was a very good experience to cherish.

The upkeep of hotel room is very nice and the room attendant paidamma is selfless and extraordinary in rendering cleaning services the surrounding of the hotel is breathtaking and tempting me to stay some more time i enjoyed the dancing wave of sea with the shack aside

Beautiful experience enjoyed our trip at park nice view excellent food excellent service at food court and room service by Pydamma was excellent and her service is touched by our family Thank you so much for everything and looking forward to visit once again

Booked online for 3 nights and requested if I can only do 2 nights instead as my plans changed but the folks weren’t open to it. I could have gone somewhere else but had my family from a long trip ready to hit the sack.
It’s a very old property and they definitely can do some much needed upgrades and cleanliness. The condensate from the AC was leaking inside the room.

The Room upkeep is Clean and tempting to stay in room itself than going outside. Further the attention of service team is so good and are readily available at all times and servicing with smile always all the time. It is this type of service makes the guest delighted and prompting to choose park over others though the property is older
