Dear mmt
as discussed, the incident of gas leak with severe pungent smell in my allotted room 109 at gateway hotel vizag which i reported around 0700 hr today is a serious issue. I could have gone unconscious had i not woken up in time at 0600hr and noticed the smell. Thus the hotel needs to compensate me for the trauma & inconvenience caused. I checked out immediately after the incident. Whilst leaving i was informed by the hotel reception that it was mini bar freeze refrigerant leak. Such gas inhalation can be fatal. Please have the full amount refunded to my account asap as discussed. You should also issue a warning to the hotel as the incident could have been grievious. I have cleared my food bill and did not avail complementary breakfast offered by you.

stay, ambience, staff courteousness is good 👍 and complementary breakfast is worth a try, huge range of varieties...coach @ swimming pool is an expert and is maintained hygienic...overall recommend to stay

Being a taj property it is not maintained well. Breakfast can’t be compared to other taj menu. Room are in bad condition. Price is not appropriate to its condition. Nobody there to welcome guests. Highly unprofessional

Not a real Taj like feel. Check in was ok. Rooms are old and have no character. Very very basic room, except for the advantage of bay view from a few of them. Restaurants basic. Nothing special. Breakfast was very basic. Not like Taj. Check out was smooth.
