We had the best buffet experience here. The selection of food is really nice and the place itself is traveler friendly. What made the experience memorable is the exceptional service from all the staffs (Esp.ShreyAlliandDurga). This is a place that I will definitely recommend!

I must truly appreciate my decision to choose Four Points by Sheraton to celebrate my brother’s birthday. The entire team not only met but far exceeded all expectations, creating an impeccable and lifelong memory for our family. Right from the warm welcome, beautifully done room decorations, thoughtfully customized cuisine, and exceptional care extended to every family member — every detail reflected the spirit of ‘Atithi Devo Bhava’ combined with true luxury hospitality. Having travelled across the world and visited Visakhapatnam hundreds of times, I can confidently say that the hospitality at Four Points by Sheraton sets a new benchmark in the city. A special mention to: • Mr. Rabindra, General Manager – for his impeccable leadership • Ms. Sanika, Front Office Manager – for her truly outstanding hospitality • Mr. Jogaya, Executive Chef – for curating mouth-watering, authentic local delicacies This hotel is now my first choice for every occasion in Visakhapatnam, and I strongly recommend it as a must-visit for anyone seeking a blend of warmth, care, and luxury. We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Visakhapatnam for two nights and had a comfortable experience. The hospitality was top-notch — every staff member we interacted with was courteous and helpful. A special thanks to Sailakshmi from the Front Office, who made sure we were well taken care of and checked in on us personally. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the breakfast food was great too. We didnt have lunch or dinner here, but the spread looked good. They had the Punjab festival going on while we were there. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay. We'd happily return next time we're in Vizag!

The food here is the best I've tasted at a 5 star hotel in Vizag. The Mutton biryani is scrumptious and the Kajun fish is a must try. The hospitality is top notch and the ambience is very nice. Special thanks to Sagarika and Shreya for the wonderful service and hospitality
