Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The mattress was so comfortable and the majority of staff was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the manager was rude, treating my friends poorly, yelling at them because they did not fill out a visitor's form 24 hours before my visit (They did not need to do that as my Indian "sponsor's" contact information was on my visa) and then yelling at me for ordering dinner for them for which I paid for at check out. He made me feel very unwelcome and if I hadn't been tired and had prepaid for the room, I would have found another hotel.

BW is a good choice if you want to have a comfortable stay. Food in room or at the restaurant is really good with a nice spread. Hotel staff behaviour is also quite good and are helpful. I stayed for 4N5D and it was worth every cent I spent. Location is surrounded with shopping areas and sceanic beauty. Overall indeed 3✨ experience!

Such a poor hotel they don't even have a decent nail cutter for guests. They provided 3 different cutters but all dyfunct. Their reception staff are uncourteous. Staff are not well aware of check out rules & regulation. They threatened me after checkout over phone.

良い点 一流ホテル並みの清潔感がある客室 フレンドリーなスタッフ レストランやバーも併設されていて便利 川の南岸、海軍基地や造船所に用事がある方には便利 少し残念な点 繁華街である市内中心部は川を渡った北側にあるのでそこまで出掛けるのは一苦労
