For this cost service to be improved. The bathroom should be clean. Ac is not working properly. Cockroaches are in the room. Some beetles are in the bed which are irritating while sleeping.

The outside hotel was good. But inside maintenance and rooms are not good. The main thing is that the washroom is the worst. That's why i will check out early in the morning. If possible please refund my full amount.

Towels are in horrible state. Calling bell doesn't work; he room's door makes noise; no restaurant attached

Hotel rooms need multiple fixes. One room didn't have latches to bathroom door. One room wash basin pipe was leaking. Another was a smoking room which was offered to us when a family with kid has come. Since it is an old hotel. If repair works are dine, it would b better.
