We are in love with vizag and a big contributing factor is welcomhotel by itc, devee grand. Our stay at the hotel was delightful and their super friendly staff members like yamini, srinivasan, durga. Right from the hotel porch to room the staff would welcome us with lovely smiles always eager to know how we are doing. Warmth of vizag and it's people is perfectly imbibed in this property. I highly recommend it if you are in vizag

In one world- the management seems to have “don’t care attitude starting from registration to checkout. Untrained staff all over. Not worth staying. I got deceived by itc brand attached to this hotel. Itc may loose their brand image with kind of add ons.

Our recent stay
It’s a great place to stay as a 4 star hotel. However it is quite short staffed for the traffic!! Staff are very friendly and scrambling to accommodate customer requests… Breakfast restaurant area is too small, food was excellent! All in all, it was a great place to stay, clean, great view. Hiring more staff and increasing breakfast area will make it better. Plus lift/elevator to be available to breakfast area too

Worst rundown hotel which needs to be avoided
Worst experience in the hotel with all rundown rooms and cockroaches in the bathroom and stinky toilets. Hot water was not available for bath.

Less Value for Money
Room size, room amenities like sofa not there, chairs provided not good , quality of bed, lighting, bathroom size and condition needs improvement. No hot water was available for bath on 17 morning.

The view from this lobby deck is just amazing..very nice.. Hospitality is just excellent..fell in love with this place..maintenance is upto the mark..very nice place... definitely highly recommended..must visit..itz a lovely place to have a very good time

Breakfast spread is very good plus the staff service is commendable..specially the live dosa counter is nice. .dosas are very tasty...the sambhar is very very tasty..Good location..very well maintained property with all amenities...A very good place..
