Hotel front office administration was so poor. Behaviour of restaurant's staff and their service was laterally ruined my holiday.

Excellent hotel though bit expensive considering the sea isn't visible from all the rooms. Rooms are very clean and servicing is done daily. Breakfast options are great, have their own restaurant so outside food is not allowed. View from front is great and hotel is accessible and convenient to transportation

We are happy to stay in hem-as hotel supreme, visakhapatnam, hotel facilities are good. We have no complain against the hotel authority.

The room size was very small, intercom did not work during our stay, it was not repaired even after repeated complaint. Toilet exhaust fan giving out rattling sound once put to use.

As for business travel, this hotel is not recommended. Room service is very poor. Running the property with less manpower.

All were excellent, the staff of the hotel are very good, well mannered, helpful. The food quality is also very good and healthy.

Room was very small, room service was pathetic, staffs are not courteous, food was not up to the mark, lead time of any service was very high, no internet connectivity
