During my recent stay at a hotel in vizag, i found the experience delightful and almost perfect, warranting a solid four-star rating. From the moment i arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The hotel’s location is ideal, offering easy access to the city’s major attractions and beautiful beaches. My room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The bed was plush, promising a good night's sleep, and the room amenities, including the high-speed wi-fi, were excellent. The large windows allowed natural light to flood in, enhancing the overall ambiance. The hotel's dining options were diverse, with the on-site restaurant serving a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to different palates. Breakfast was a treat, featuring both local and international cuisine, and the staff was always ready to accommodate special requests. The only minor hiccup was a slightly delayed room service, but the quality of the food more than made up for it. Additionally, the hotel’s recreational facilities, such as the fitness center and the pool, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. In summary, this hotel in vizag provides excellent value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and quality service. With a few tweaks, it could easily achieve a perfect score.

It was a very nice hotel. The surroundings felt very safe. The staff's response was very good. Breakfast was perfect.

Good.Centrally located just One KM from Visakhapatnam railway station.Well planned Double bed AC room .No power cuts.Lift provided for inhabitants.Restaurant is located in Ground floor.It is advisable to order food from restaurant as and when required from 7.00 AM to 10.00 PM.Food is reasonably priced.I advise not to include breakfast,Lunch, Dinner ***** with room.Autos are available at Hotel and generally charge Rs 100 to railway station Geyser in Toilet.Spacious and neat bath room.Value for money.

Got a good deal in online .. really we didn't expected . Very good hotel and fare was good. The staff were very polite and the breakfast was grand. The rooms were really comfortabe and good. The property was clean and hygienic. Special thanks mentioned to Mr. Dhanunjay for early check-in. Definetly we ll visit again. Kudos to al staff.

I have stayed at hotel Encore in from October 10th to October 14th, 2019. the hotel is located at Daba garden and the landmark is old pen school and is just opposite to the India sweets. The main advantage of this hotel is its location. When you just step aside from the gate of the hotel you will get auto-rickshaws, Buses by which can go everywhere of the entire City. It takes roughly 5 to 10 mins to go to either railway station or Ramkrishna beach by auto. There are ***y shops, shopping mall like CMR mall, South India mall etc. are around i.e it is a marketplace. So location wise it is very convenient. The front desk of the hotel is very helpful with always smiling face and very much co-operative. They gave a warm welcome to us when we have entered into the property as well as after that also. So I like to thank all the staff members of the Hotel through this review. I have stayed at Business Room with double occupancy, Room No, 303 & 307. The room size are so so. In response to some of the review, hotel ***agement said that the room size is larger than the standard room size. It may be true but if you want to live in little bit relaxed way with some extra leg space then this should not be your choice. Because the rooms are just fit for two persons. All the rooms are of not exactly equal size. As for example 307 is slightly larger than the 303. In 303 my parents were stayed. Since I am with my little child so possibly they allocate slightly larger 307 to me. So if you wish to have a bigger room & if your budget permits then take executive room. Rooms are clean, with basic amenities, 24 hour running hot and cold water. They are cleaned everyday. And since there is an elevator so no problem for the elderly persons. The property also have a underground parking lot. But what disappoints me, is their restaurant. Though all the person at the restaurant are well behaved but it is not properly functioning. Though at the menu card there are ***y items but you get only very few. Even sometimes they cancel order after taking it and requested to change the menu for non availability of the particular item. But there are some good hotel around. So we have nothing to do but to take either lunch or dinner at the other places in some occasions. But it may not be possible for all with a big family specially with childrens. So be careful about that. So considering all the facts it is a good hotel to stay at vizag with slightly small room (according to me) (when Business Room with double occupancy is booked) for a family with poor restaurant service.

Room location everything was beyond expectations to place like visakhapatnam where you can’t expect these kind of hotel services. I was glad that i got this room in decent price. Hotel can improve much better and improve their room amenities quality. As for tv i found only free channels and for wi-fi connectivity they could improve its strength and speed. As four wheeler owner i face hit difficulty and rude behaviour from parking lot staff related to parking but i avoided it. For improvement they can also improve their restaurant menu as most of the items were not readily available and hotel does not allow online food delivery all the time even though they mentioned but in reality they allow only after 11pm to 7am which makes customer restricted to their menu only. If i m craving something which is not into their menu or available to cook then i have to walk out of hotel premises to approach nearby food outlets. As traveller i find this very restricting and not appealing. And the last room amenity mini fridge was not working but that i take it no issue since i was not using it all the time anyway. But as customer i believe amenities given in room and at hotel should be at least fully functional irrespective customer using it or not.

Food is good. We can spend the quality time with families the services are great staff are very polite and friendly Quick services maintaining the food taste and service best hotel to stay with families and corporates I always like to visit dolphin hotel only.

First of all i thanks to make my trip for arranged me the homey suites. Service is very good. Bathroom very neat & clean. Ac is best. During 2 days staying my family feel very comfortable. Thans make my trip & homey suites.

1. The hotel is very close to the airport and can be reached in more than 10 minutes; 2. The doorman of the hotel will open the door and help carry luggage to the front desk to check in; 3. The hotel room is very clean and spacious. It will provide 4 bottles of pure water, slippers, bathrobes, bath towels, towels, toothpaste and toothbrush. 4. The hotel is noisy near the main road. The car horns can still be heard when the windows are closed and the curtains closed. Indians like to honk when driving. 5. It is still a sound insulation problem. The sound insulation of the room and the room is not well done. I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 in the middle of the night, and it was 12:30 after washing. The TV sound next door was still loud and people were very noisy. 6. Because the itinerary is very fast, I have not experienced the hotel's other services, so I will not evaluate it.
