Un hôtel dans lequel on se sent immédiatement bien. Nous avons passé un court séjour avec ma femme et nous avons vraiment apprécié le lieu et les personnes qui vont de votre séjour au San Gregorio un moment spécial. Le restaurant est aussi à découvrir, tant pour le lieu unique qu’à la qualité des plats.

Tucked away in the charming old town of Vis, this boutique hotel perfectly blends authentic Dalmatian charm with modern comfort and warm, personalized service. The hotel itself is beautifully restored, with stone walls, tasteful decor, and serene courtyards that immediately transport you into vacation mode. Our room was spotless and elegantly furnished, with plush bedding, air conditioning, and a lovely view over the terracotta rooftops. The attention to detail was outstanding—everything from the welcome drink to the locally sourced toiletries felt thoughtfully curated. What really sets San Giorgio apart, though, is the hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, offering restaurant tips, helping us book excursions, and even sharing stories about the island's rich history. You can tell this is a place run with heart. Breakfasts were a daily highlight—fresh fruit, homemade pastries, eggs cooked to order, and excellent coffee, all enjoyed on the peaceful garden terrace. We had an amazing time at this hotel for our honeymoon. The owner was very welcoming and kind. The food at their restaurant was also amazing! The rooms were spacious and very clean. Overall would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in vis!

Schöne, saubere Zimmer. Sehr gemütlicher Aussenbereich welcher zum Frühstücken oder Abends genutzt werden kann. Frühstück war top. Wir wurden vom Besitzer sehr gut informiert was man alles unternehmen kann und wie man die Aktivitäten erreicht. Die andere Stadt, Komiza hat uns vom Flair fast besser gefallen. Ist aber mit dem Auto nur 15min entfernt

Our Best recommandation
Excellent! Wonderful ambience! Everything was thought of in restoring the old buildings housing this hotel - the Best in Vis by No comparison. The owners made our stay unforgettable, and We Will surely return to this haven. We also had dinner in the restaurant which serves food like No other place on the Island. Delicious!

Charming hotel in Vis old town
Wonderful stay at this charming hotel with great views of the harbor from our huge terrace. Evan was a gracious host whose breakfast was terrific too. We were sorry we couldnt enjoy his restaurant since we were there towards the end of high season and it had just closed. Easy walk to and from busy town and ferry, with many options for lunch and dinner. Vis is a ailing meca as the line of docked sailboats seems endless along the prominade.
