De locatie is prachtig. En ook heel handig was de laadpaal. Voor opladen van je auto betaal je een vast bedrag van 15 euro. Maar er zijn ook wat negatieve punten. Zo is het erg donker op de hele locatie, wat het ingewikkeld maakt om je weg te vinden. Op de bel bij de poort werd niet gereageerd, dus moesten we eerst bellen. We bleken te slapen in een van de bijgebouwen, wat niet heel prettig was vanwege het slepen van spullen, het gebrek aan licht en de trap. Faciliteiten waren verder beperkt. Geen mogelijkheid om koffie of thee te zetten bijvoorbeeld. En douchen kon alleen koud. Al met al viel het nogal tegen, zeker ten opzichte van andere beoordelingen.

Très décevant ! Attention car la chambre standard n'est pas celle des photos du château, réservées au mariage. En lieu et place, ni TV moderne, ni cafetière, ni bouilloire. Et en plus, on vous demande en arrivant de vous lever aux aurores pour faire place nette. Piscine non ou mal chauffée. Le comble c'est ce faux petit-déjeuner dont le jus d'orange est servi avec une vulgaire brique de marque Carrefour...mais dans une carafe svp. Propriétaire hallucinant de mauvaise foi qui a toujours raison parce "je suis chez moi, vous comprenez, je fais ce que je veux" mais qui n'oublie pas de vous encaisser dès votre arrivée. Bref, on préfère en rire tellement c'est désolant de médiocrité.

Limited dinner options and it is advised to contact the accommodation prior to arrival for check-in.

Un week-end d’anniversaires inoubliable ! Dans un magnifique cadre de verdure, nous avons passé un week-end génial. Nous fêtions 3 anniversaires ! Tout est fait pour vous faciliter la vie. Sur place, nous avons trouvé l’hébergement et le traiteur. Une famille qui vous organise votre séjour à votre guise et s’adapte à tous vos besoins. Bref, pour faire une belle fête, dans un très beau cadre avec un service parfait, nous vous recommandons sans hésiter le château de Quesmy.

We had the most amazing time at this chateau, treated so well, the bedrooms typically French with antique French furnature through out the chateau each room also overlooked the moat. The food was to die for all cooked fresh by Madam, went out of her way to look after one of our group as she had some food intolerance. WiFi very fast and even worked in the grounds. Would stay again and again at a drop of a hat. If you want the French experience this iscl the place to stay. Phil Hughes
