My husband and I checked in on Saturday, we went to dinner and when we came back to the room, we decided to just go home. Wehen we checked in, we were told that we would get 150.00 dep back. called today and was told we would not get it because 2 wash clothes, a towel, and a bath mat was missing. Tried to talk to gentleman on the phone but he pretty much said I was lying. I did not take these items and really is that worth $150

Management changes contract/rules at his leisure. Made sexist comments about daughters in bathing suits at beach, why wouldn't they feel safe in a hostel room with strange men to protect them. Management disrespectful! Manager said don't watch movies on wifi, wifi is weak. Manager can't remember what he briefed you. Did not provide sheets, blankets, or pillows. Rooms have kitchen but no pots or pans.
