There was a lot of mold, and it was falling apart. Won't stay there again. Computers were always down. Ice maker, washing machine broke.

I made a reservation for an ocean view room made a 3hour drive to end up in a dump across the street very uncomfortable room noise unbearable I,m 64 years old had trouble just getting my luggage to the room very little sleep no rest at all terrible vacation

Room was nice and clean upon arrival. A/C was cold and staff was nice. Really close to the public beach access. Could use both pools at other property.

Deanna is very nice and helpful in the lobby. The hallways and elevator are a bit too hot. But the rooms a cool, clean, and have an excellent view.

Nice clean and affordable room, the AC was ice cold and parking garage was free. Only one street over from the beach. Tina at the front desk was sweet and nice.

Anna made my stay here so much awesome and customer service was amazing and helpful by being a great listener to my concerns. She was very understanding about our issue with not receiving my hotel voucher in a timely manner after giving her a whole dialogue
