Don't be fooled by the outer appearance. The room interiors were new and upgraded.
The staff was accommodating and pleasent to work with, and they guided us with near activities, etc.

Make sure room has air conditioning and refrigerator work before putting someone in room. Fix the elevator. At 71 it's hard to carry things up and down stairs. Not good for my illregular heart either. There is a 2x4 between toilet and sink. I stubbed toe and almost fell on floor. Should have ramp like side not straight up and down sides. The toilet needs repair when some one flushes it, its really load. And staying in a room with someone that is up and down you don't get much sleep because toilet wakes you up every time. Broke last night and would not flush, Was told will fix in morning. Bed slides off of frame. So much light gets in room its like sleeping in the day light. Phone in room does not work at all . By the way was told all problems were normal and deal with it. Stay in different city jets fly until 2 am and they are very loud. Stay here and deal with it is there saying. Can not see beach from hotel. Parking terrible,

Surprised by the low price and the high quality of the room that I received as well as exceptional customer service by every member of this team including the housekeeper whose name I did not get.. Brian off the front desk went above & beyond! He put me on the top floor without being asked; then I wasn't sure if the vending machine gave change for a pop.... so he went to a store and got it for me and didn't want any payment. Just wow! Then he had it delivered to my door by Shelly who was exceptional as well!!! What a team of kindness. You won't get that at the Hyatt or the Hilton across the street. They literally treated me like family! Wonderful job--- a mom and pop feeling is his area is so rare, especially right before Christmas! Many thanks!!!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff is helpful and kind, especially Mr. Brian and Josephine, who went out of their way to provide the best service to the guests. The breakfast met my expectations. The room is comfortable, with new furniture, and everything works perfectly. I did encounter an issue with the Wi-Fi, which didn’t work while I was at the hotel. However, I understood it was a peculiar problem specific to my room since it worked in other areas I tested. This didn’t negatively impact my experience during my almost 10-day stay. Congratulations to the staff, and I hope to return on another occasion! Cheers! Wish you all an amazing 2025!!!

The rooms were clean and the hotel is a block away from the beach. However, the elevator didnt always work and we saw cockroaches in the stairwell

Clean room, cool air conditioning, very well kept property. Staff was informative and very friendly. Cool, well kept pool. Made our 3 night stay so enjoyable. We will be back.

The staff here are very friendly and highly attentive to your needs. They went above and beyond. The price isnt bad especially since its right bg the beach cross the street pass one hotel and youre there not even 5 mins walking distance. The rooms are clean and pretty spacious with the sofa bed. My Experience overall was great.

I was here on business and enjoyed the hotel. The staff was amazing and attentive to my needs. Josa in the office was particularly helpful besides just being pleasant and fun to work with.

The main staff that I saw, Brian and Jose, are truly wonderful. Housekeeping skipped my room a couple of times, but it was instantly corrected as soon as I reported it.
Not much quiet with fighter jets flying around most nights. The motel is also on a busy intersection. However this noise settled down by 11. Close to the beach with many families enjoying it.
