I was here on a business trip and Ivenia with the front desk was amazing. She made the process really simple and was very knowledgeable about her job. She was very professional and made me feel welcome. 10 out of 10 would stay again. Please hire more like her

Ivenia was fantastic at the front desk. Made checking in breeze and she was very sweet. Room was clean and neat. Breakfast at the restaurant buffet was hot and delicious. I definitely recommend anyone to stay at the Founders Inn, especially for conference and business trips.

Front desk Ivenia is so sweet and helpful! I was asking to stay an extra night and she said she would try her hardest and I knew she would! Super sweet smile! One downfall is no coffee in the rooms and hard to find early in the morning . Had to run to Dunkin! Beautiful spa- they offer complimentary champagne!

Ivenia at the front desk was an absolute sweetheart. Very patient and good at her job. She was able to help me get checked in early even while navigating issues with my credit card. She is a valuable asset to the founders inn. I look forward to seeing her again on my next stay.

Pillows are too fat so I requested a thin one, wait for over a day, nothing happens so, I have to call them again. Finally, they send 2 but more thick than the ones I already have. Asking for extra bag of coffee at the front desk, they said “somebody will be soon at your room”. 2 hours later I have to called them back. Service it’s so disappointed.

Housekeeping was excellent. We appreciate their attention to detail keeping our room tidy all week! Tyler and Ivenia were amazingly friendly and took good care of us checking out! The whole place is beautiful, well kept, and every staff member I met was kind and courteous! Wonderful stay! And I mean all this.

The beds are really soft and the place is immaculately clean! The staff was so helpful and friendly during my stay. Alicyana, Travis, Gavin and Ivenia at the front desk were all amazing, going above and beyond to help with anything. I felt welcomed like I was at home. I would 100% recommend this property and I will return on my next trip to Virginia!
