The hotel was average and a little disappointed for my anniversary. I paid for breakfast and wasn’t told the Christmas Eve breakfast was reservations only. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed and the breakfast they offered was not up to par from what I was offered the day prior.
The receptionist lady tried to solve the issue and was very nice but the issue wasn’t solved.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. The inn grounds were beautiful — the lake on the property added such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The shuttle to the airport was incredibly convenient, and I really appreciated being able to communicate with the front desk via text — the team was always helpful and quick to respond. Breakfast each morning was a pleasant start to the day. While the selection wasn’t huge, all the classic breakfast staples were available and everything was fresh. Overall, a great experience with excellent service and a charming setting. I would definitely stay here again!

The front desk advisor named Grace was very polite, patient and made my welcome great. Room was very neat and clean. The service of the food was great. My experience of having a Massage for the first time was also relaxing, and I would do it again. I also enjoyed the exercise room and I enjoyed my time during the career fair atRegent University.

Such a charming and unique hotel. From the moment we were picked up at the airport by the shuttle I was “hooked”. Our driver, whose name unfortunately I do not know, but I know he hosts karaoke (haha), was helpful and friendly. Told us all we would need to know when we got to the hotel and even escorted us to the lobby, and helped check us in. The next day, I walked around the grounds, which are breathtaking, and then when I went to the lobby to ask for more information “the Graces” (or Graces squared) could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I didn’t feel like my questions were a burden to them at all. They even took time to tell me how to walk around the neighboring campus and which buildings to go see, and where the blooming daffodils were. Honestly, I travel for work, and unfortunately have gotten used to hotel staff who can’t be bothered and ignore us, bc we are “business travelers”. So this was such a refreshing change. Thank you to everyone at the inn, especially the GRACES! I look forward to my next layover.

We arrived at the location and our company was not totally prepared. Ivenia our hostess checking us in went above and beyond to get us in our room. She even stayed past her shift to make sure everything got taken care of. She’s wonderful.
