Wonderful staff and amazing rooms. The stay was a little bumpy at the start but as a result the room was upgraded to something I definitely couldn't have afforded, and it felt like we were in a house.
5 out of 5, would definitely stay here again.

The staff were so friendly, which is the only saving grace, but the stay overall was pretty terrible. Based on the fact it’s a hotel and the main reason is to sleep, we got zero sleep due to the noise. We were put in the top corner of the hotel, which was clearly in the staff area and the whole night doors were slamming and people were talking directly outside our room. From 10pm through til 4am. The room itself was ok, a bit tired and worn out, with some big bugs in the bathroom, but manageable, apart from the noise. Bed wasn’t that comfortable and the tv was at a weird angle so one side of the bed couldn’t see it. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend staying here- but as I said, the staff were super friendly.

Fantastic stay! We booked a 1 bedroom room. Clean, updated, and spacious. We had plenty of room and beds/pull out sofas for me and husband and our 2 kids. View and location were the best!
Parking was a little challenging with our oversized truck but the hotel does offer a few oversized spots. And the staff were diligent in making sure that there were no illegal parking.

It was a beautiful hotel resort. The pool is very safe for kids, one of the closest to the fishing pier. Multiple stores and restaurants right In your area. Staff was absolutely amazing. I don’t recommend staying here if you have a trailer or a tall vehicle; as the only parking is a parking garage and there is no oversized slots. Also I had initially paid around 500 for 5days/4nights when I got there I was charged an addition 115$ for security deposit. And then an additional 200$ for any property damage that may accrue. I did know of the 115 security deposit but was never notified about and additional 200$ deposit. Hotel/Staff and amenities 5/5. Overall 3/5 due to water being shut off for maintenance and the unknown deposit.

There was a $28.75 resort fee added to our bill after we paid for our room online. It was just a hotel-no resort! So much security it seemed like it must be an unsafe area.

Our stay exceeded our expectation. Staff went above and beyond and made us feel welcomed and important throughout our stay. The room was beautiful, with more amazing views. The restaurant downstairs and easy access to other shops and restaurants couldn’t be beat. We hope to stay here again.
