Four Points by Sheraton Virginia Beach Oceanfront

A great couple of days at Four Points by Sheraton Virginia Beach. Check in staff were very helpful. The room was updated however the hotel lobby could use a refreshing. It is not bad, just a little old feeling. We were able to charge our EV right at the hotel. Thanks to Miloni and Sidney for a smooth checkout!

Nice rooms, on site parking, convenient location and friendly staff. Restaurant in hotel is also good restaurant with affordable prices.

This was a great place to stay! Clean rooms with a wonderful view! The staff were all very friendly and incredibly helpful. The food at the catering hall was really really good-no rubber chicken here!!!!! Parking is ample but a little tight! The hotel is nicely situated near a lot of places we enjoyed. The only thing that I would avoid are any rooms across from the elevators 9/10 on most if not all floors, just to much coming and going especially on floors 2 & 3 - where the parking decks are. We will be back!

I stayed here in September for the Waterjam conference. The hotel is fine, but kinda far from the Convention center and the events. I actually checked out after my second night and moved to a hotel closer to the activities north of 22nd street. My room was oceanfront and spacious. The hotel offers SELF parking, which I love. The self park rate was quite reasonable. The breakfast in the morning was delicious

The customer service was pretty terrible. First night I asked for new sheets because there were stains on them. Which means they either didn’t change the sheets or didn’t clean them. Regardless I asked the front desk and also called the guest help button. They said they would change them today. I got back to my room around 10 pm and the sheets were not changed after asking twice throughout the day. They never changed the sheets for three nights. My room was out of shampoo and conditioner. I asked for more and they just put new bottles on my counter instead of replacing them in the actually shower. Leaving me to do it. Just seemed like a very lazy staff. Additionally the parking situation was bad. They have a garage and u have to use your key card to get out. But it wasn’t working for us and we had to call for help. I was stuck in the garage for 10+ minutes while there was a huge line to get out of the garage and made me borderline late for my flight. The location was good though. Able to walk to most areas
