Oceans 2700

We recently stayed at Oceans for eight days. It is a “classic “ older beach motel of three stories but has reasonably been maintained well. Our room had a king sized bed which was very comfortable and the room was a decent size.All the amenities functioned . The bathroom was quite small but manageable (you may have to flush the toilet twice to get it to clear but it works fine.) The pool area is good and the pool was clean.Pool towels are available from the office. The location is great as it is only a five minute walk to the beach and Atlantic Ave.( Be sure to go to Grand Paren for dinner.It is a great Mexican restaurant.(ask for server Georgee he is wonderful!). The staff ,Om and Tony ,at the desk were always helpful. If there are any negatives I would suggest : 1:to take/buy pillows as the ones on the bed were thin. 2: the place was always full so parking is at a premium late at night,although we always managed to find a spot. 3: like most “budget” motels the room is “ made up”every three days however we asked to get it done after our second day and there wasn’t a problem..

Motel is fine for budget travel. The pro’s: 1. Great location 2. Friendly staff 3. Clean room 4. Pool The cons 1. Old building 2. Stains on sheets (replaced promptly)- they were clearly clean with stains (not unwashed). 3. Building upkeep lacking- faucet not secure, hair dryer didn’t work, etc… 4. No chairs on balcony (we swiped from pool) and some people used beach chairs.

We arrived on 5/21/25. The first room we were given was filthy, we figured maybe the cleaning staff hadn't gotten to the room. We went and requested new linens. Instead they offered us a new room which we thought might be good. We went into the new room and it was just as dirty, if not more. There were signs of bed bugs as there were black spots on the sheets and mattress cover. The linens were stained, pillows covered with human hair and stained yellow. We requested to speak with the manager and were told not only were they not on site but we could not call them. We asked the front desk staff to call them then and he seemed reluctant to, said he would "try texting". Ultimately, we were given an email address for the manager and to this day have heard nothing from this person. I am genuinely confused how so many people have given this place a 10/10 and I encourage everyone to have HIGH CAUTION before booking with this place. It's not worth a dime or risking bringing something home with you!!

The location was a block out from the ocean/beach but it was a quite, peaceful (no loud parties/people).they didn't have a pool after online it said they did and there wasn't even a snack machine to get snacks out of.there was a 7-11 conveniently located next door

Horrible! Parking space SMALL…tub was nasty couch nasty and hard…bed had two pull up covers and no sheet on it….brown stains on mattress cover. Just horrible and never again. Hardly no channels just nasty
