The staff was very friendly, and the accommodations were fantastic! The room was clean and had a full kitchenette with everything I could possibly need, including a refrigerator/freezer that actually worked well and a full sized coffee maker with coffee! My view from my room was amazing! And, I really enjoyed the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. It was winter, so I wasn't sure that the accommodations would be up to par, but they most certainly were. I enjoyed every minute of my time there.

The resort itself is a 10. The parking a 1. The parking garage is super duper tight. I hit my car and I saw other cars actually get hit in the parking garage. It was designed for small vehicles. Not SUV’s, minivans or trucks. Beware of your vehicle of you go there!

This was our 3rd stay here. When we checked in we asked for a room without the connecting door as we know how paper thin the walls are and with a connecting door you can hear all conversations. They obliged but when we got to the room it was connecting. I called the front desk and they said the room was out of service and there shouldn’t be anyone in there and would do their best not to book it. 2 days later a group checked in and partied till 3:00 am. Next day another group checked in with a screaming kid. Then you get the other side where the people wake up at 5:30am. So you’re sandwiched in between to noisy groups in a studio. Will go back to doing a 1 bedroom or skip the timeshare and go to a hotel. Didn’t appreciate the fact that the toilet ran the whole time either.

The staff was amazing, everyone was so kind holding doors, speedy service, very clean room, hot water, and a great view. On the south end of the boardwalk this was the only hotel we saw with a 1st floor walk out that leads directly to the ocean!! We will definitely come back!

Nice resort but the SMALL children should have been told the cant be in the hottub. 104 degree water is not healthy or safe for them

We enjoyed the ocean view and private balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. The suite was conducive to our different sleep schedules.

I enjoyed my stay. The noise from the adjoining room was annoying. I was scared driving a regular size vehicle in the garage. It was very difficult making turns and lots of backing up to negotiate the turns,

I liked the location down at one end of the boardwalk. The staff was very nice and helpful. It is an aging building that needs updating, but I would go back.
