This property was very below my expectations. For $390 you would think they would be clean. No they weren’t. My husband and I had to go to the local walmart to grab our own cleaning supplies and blankets because the bed was dirty…..When we asked for a different room they gave us a room where the tub was full of dirty water and the sheets and blankets were still stained. We made due with what was given but this property is overall a -2/10. Don’t recommend and it’s 30 mins from the oceanfront. I’d stay anywhere but here again

DO NOT STAY HERE! RED Flags as soon as I tried to check in. was told the card I made the reservation in, was declined. I pulled up my credit card acct and showed her, the room charge was already PENDING!. said she had to message her manager. finally said card went thru. 9pm at night, announced loudly our room number, others were in lobby and I didn't appreciate the fact she told everyone what room we were in (2 women and an one yr old) the parking lot was dimly lit. had to walk thru a haze of pot smoke to get to room. plungers for toilets outside on balcony, trash still left in trash cans in room, blood and bodily fluids in bathroom area. damp musty smell. water still in bottom of bathtub. 10pm loud people outside on balcony. We felt very unsafe and highly disappointed in the room conditions. Stayed 1 hr then turned keys in and left..

Everything was eazy have always rented there every year over summer with family and the many years we've rented never had any problems good every time!!!!

Better than the last time. I was here a few years ago and the room was not clean that I wind up changing rooms. I didn’t mean to book the same motel this time but I noticed it was the same one as we pulled in. I was like oh no ! But it was very good this time ! Nice, attentive staff at front desk, and clean room.

The breakfast was disappointing. I expected eggs, bacon, or sausages. They only offered waffles, yogurt, juice, and cereal.

Bad customer service
The room was not very clean. We arrived on Friday. The room had no remote for the television. They finally brought us one but the television did not work. The manager said they couldn’t move us to another room because they had none available. I counted 20 empty rooms. We spent three days with no television and a child with ADHD.

Roaches for days
Air conditioning made noise. Tiles in bathroom cracked , dirty. Oh they say no pets , but the hotel has its own pets, they like to shower .
