Maintenance was horrible. Toilet did not flush. Toilet lid cracked in half and just sat back together. Tub dripped all night. Ended up leaving at 4 am due to not sleeping.

Gross and ghetto
The pictures online are a total fabrication. This MOTEL is disgusting. I checked in and checked right back out. Patched walls, hanging smoking detectors, piles of trash around the trash cans, tarps on the rooftop and an odor were just a few issues with this MOTEL. There wasnt even a comforter on the bed and this was the executive suite. Everything was chipped and dated. It was so disappointing.

This property had recent fire of top floor, engulfed 2 rooms and roof. My room smelt smoky. Unsavory characters hanging about, and many guests arguing and fighting all nigjt. NO SLEEP before I had 8 hr drive ahead! Defeayed purpose if room! UNSAFE too. Asked for refund, told sorry, but not sorry.

No telephone in room. Items broken in room. Cigarette burn on bedspread. Dirty walkway. More of a motel with a hotel name. Will not return!

I had a really bad experience. Smell of smoke and other unpleasant smells. Dirty bathroom and curtains. I checked out a 2 hours upon arrival and still waiting for my refund.

Very upset
The room was very unsatisfactory and not clean and the bathroom fixtures were falling off the wall and the toilet wasn’t functioning properly.. I really want my money back.. they said I have to go through you guys for a refund
