Das Hotel war sehr gut und zentral für unsere Unternehmungen gelegen. Der Pool war der einzige auf der Reise, den wir wahrgenommen haben. Schön und ausreichend und Handtücher und Schirme. Zimmer mit Outdoor-Floor, so dass das Auto direkt vor der Tür zu parken war. Einzelbewertung: Zimmer 3 Lage 3 Frühstück 5 Parken 4 Preis-Leistung 3

Two night stay in the area to visit a granddaughter. This motel was perfect. Sits behind a popular, busy diner. However, the motel offers a nice breakfast every morning till 9:30. The area felt safe. Room was comfortable with great wifi. Pool was a hit with kids of other families.

Room with 2 queens was a nice size and clean. Bathroom was a small, but worked for us. Pool area was nice. Front desk staff were extremely helpful.

We recently stayed here and all of the staff, from the hotel managers, to the service staff were all exceptionally kind and responsive. It's an older facility; but the rooms are clean and easily accessible. We also loved the diner which is adjacent to the hotel.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Exterior is older looking but the rooms are very nice. Beds are super comfy with lots of fluffy pillows. Hotel is close to Highway 13 and Bay Bridge Tunnel. There are lots of restaurants near by. Also loved the convenience of text check in and out. And the staff give you a goodie bag at check in for a welcome touch.

I should have paid attention to the reviews. The room needs serious updating. The staff was at best distant and not interested in customer service. Breakfast is limited. We didn’t feel as safe as we would have liked.

Just for clarification this is a motel not a hotel. Some might think the area is a bit sketchy. We just stayed for 5 nights and had no issues at all. The rooms are clean, the towels and bed linens were good. The breakfast in the am is very very good and the breakfast staff are amazing. We did not use the pool but it looked very clean and refreshing. We had no issues parking. There is one front desk clerk who was absolutely miserable the 2 interactions we had with her and should definitely not be working the front desk but the other 2 individuals were very nice and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this motel if you are in the area.

Best Western canceled my reservation day of and found out when I got there at 9:30pm . Didn't give me my rate when I booked months ago and charged me last weeks rate . Manager gave me a credit of $80 but not all . Still owes me $104 . This was a big group that booked for a softball tournament. This happened to 6 groups . Why couldn't they just give the full credit to make it right ??? Booked for $1104 for 5 nights and after they canceled and that night they charged me $1286 . They shouldn't be trying to take the money out of accounts before people get there .
