The customer service I experienced was beyond unprofessional and extremely unacceptable. I simply asked the desk clerk if the card needed to secure my 2 rooms was for a hold or to charge the entire amount and she canceled 1 of my 2 rooms and hung up on me. Since then they have charged me for a room that they cancelled without my consent. The corporate office has not assisted to correct this matter despite me being a single parent just wanting to take me children on a vacation. Now Im in debt for a room we never cancel or used. Do Not sleep here. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful and took money I did not have to spare!! Disgusting

Tucked away and off the street next to the Magnuson hotel. A nice hidden gem, the rooms were clean, fresh and cool on arrival. Was also given a gift bag containing bottled water & snacks by the desk clerk. Didn't use the small pool but it looked clean & well maintained.

I called 2 and a half weeks before our stay to add a name to the reservation for check in. We were on a tight timeline due to a wedding. Tiara would not let the person check in. Even though she said she was a manager (not the name listed up front as being the manager, though) said she couldn't help us and was not going to provide anything for the hour and 15 minute delay to our schedule she caused. I had to call the 800 number to get someone to confirm the name was on our check in and they said they would give us a travel voucher that I have yet to receive. Beyond the poor customer service, there were flies and ants in our room the entire weekend. Other members of the bridal party had to switch rooms because there were so many bugs in theirs. The walls were also so thin we could hear the neighboring room when they used the bathroom, coughed, or turned the TV on.

Even though pool was not open, you should be able to sit by it. Maid service is only offered afyer 3 days ??? It should be offered everyday. Workers were very friendly. Would not stay here again sorry not sorry and we are. Oh neat western fans
