We were given a room on the third floor, directly above the restaurant and the kids' play area, so it was always noisy.
The service at reception and room service was excellent. The location was excellent. The bathroom facilities were perfect.

We were on the 8th floor and the ocean view was amazing. So peaceful, we didn’t hear any beach noise. All the rooms face the ocean, which is so cool. Comfortable beds with silky sheets. Nice bathroom.

Awesome place. Awesome experience. Anna at the front desk was awesome Anna made me laugh and made the checking in process fun and exciting. I asked Anna to print some documents for me and she went above and beyond for me.

Very happy with the customer service, especially Anna at the front desk who was able to accommodate my room request and Travis who came to fix my shower and TV. However, the hotel’s cleanliness was greatly lacking. When I arrived, I was so disappointed to see trash littering the hallway floor where my room was located. The shower curtain was so moldy that I had to ask for it to be replaced by housekeeping. Staff was very helpful and quick to respond to requests, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

Location was good. There was no towels or washclothes in the room. No trashcan. Ice machine on multiple levels not working. Had 2 reservations back to back was told they would be merged. Go to checkout at the end of the stay and my car had been towed & impounded.. Had to wait 3.5 hours before I was able to start trip home.

Dejecia at the front desk was amazing! She offered us an upgrade on our room when we checked in. When we needed extra blankets, she made sure they were delivered promptly. Thank you Dejecia!!
