Crowne Plaza Virginia Beach Town Center

This property is under construction I stepped on a nail coming in absolutely horrible I was put in the room with no towels, when I asked for towels I didn't get them till the next morning. Front desk staff were helpful as much as they could be housekeeping staff was rude just a really bad stay. Won't do that again

The customer service was great, well above par. I just want to thank the customer service woman, and the man who checked me in. They were both pleasant and expeditious, as well as professional. Thank you for making my stay an awsome experience, as far as hotels go.

Worst hotel experience I have had in the past 20+ years. This was for a hockey tournament and the team had to stay at it to play in the tournament. If all 20 of us could have left the hotel we would have. Multiple issues during our stay and when we needed to address them with management we were told the managers don't work on the weekends and had to talk to the maintenance man. He was useless and unable to help in any possible way. The hotel itself was waiting on okay save the freezing air that was coming in around the heating unit in the room. You could see directly outside the room around the unit. The location is right on the highway and all you hear in your room is the cars and trucks non stop. The icing on the cake and most serious issue was when they accused an unaccompanied minor for stealing a candy bar from the concession area and detained him and searched him. He did not steal anything at all and this is a very serious situation. When asking to speak to a manager about this we were given the maintenance man yet again. I asked to have a manager call me and gave the front desk my cell, no call was ever received. Completely unacceptable for this to happen and could be grounds to press charges. I am currently waiting to hear back from the corporate's offices about our stay. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM AT THIS HOTEL.
