Mold in bathroom. Ice machine broken. Not fixed when reported to front desk. Mold in sink. Not what we were expecting as Honors members.

Upon arrival we experienced a problem. DJ was very helpful, professional and efficient in taking care of it. His diligence and care turned our stay into a wonderful experience. Hampton is fortunate to have him on staff!

Special thxs to employee Albony for his hard work and professionalism each breakfast. He is hard working and kind . He assisted us woth the waffle batter in like a second . Great attitude. Hilton is blessed to have a excellent employee. Robert G .

Thanks to Alexia for making sure our family of eleven had rooms next to each other. The Staff are very nice and breakfast was good!

We were there Last Friday 06/13, a lady was serving breakfast was really unprofessional. Was stare at us while we were eating. My son was standing to get a waffle and she was harassing him saying ”can you move since you are taking too much space” the same lady came to our table and asked us “do u want a box” that is insulting I don’t think that is a not a good idea between guests she has a bad attitude. This was the worst experience. I am never coming back because of that lady.

The location is great, prices are fair (including not charging an arm and a leg on incidentals we won’t use), breakfast is included, and the hotel overall is clean aside from a building-wide musty cigarette smell but the service is AWFUL! Kol at the desk is CLUELESS and we had to beg multiple times to be moved out of a room with a broken door. They had trainee proudly displayed on their badge but despite being several customers deep, spent many minutes on a phone call and seemed to have no sense of when they were overwhelmed and should maybe call for help. Additionally, there was live music in the restaurant, which is a nice idea and the musician was quite good, and it *would* have been enjoyable if it wasn’t so SO LOUD. It was literally loud enough that two people standing less than three feet apart would have to lean into each other and shout to be heard at any point while in the lobby. It looks great in pictures, the view is nice, and the price is fair, but if you have a choice, you should probably stay elsewhere.
