Just had a budget week at this hotel half board. We absolutely can't knock it for what we paid. The hotel is central, it's clean, in fact the maids cleaned our room everyday and we must have got clean towels 4 times. I would say the hotel is 95% Spanish guests but this didn't bother us at all it was nice to stay in a more Spanish resort. The food was much better than we ever expected. Something different every night and beautifully presented. We would 100% go back here, we loved the hotel and the resort.

Family and budget friendly apartment hotel, offering a range of free activities for kids, good buffet dinners and breakfasts, and with great location and swimming pool. Exceeded our expectations. The only minus was that our room was slightly noisy, either from the air conditioning (that we opted to keep off, it was never warmer than 23 degrees at night anyway) or from the recycling station outside that seemed to be emptied by five garbage trucks (one per recycling bin), every single night, and always in the middle of the night.

Reserve a traves de su web una estancia de 2 semanas para ir con mi bebe de 4 meses y mi pareja. Asi lo puse cuando reserve. Confirme la reserva por telefono un mes antes, y todo confirmado. Mi sorpresa fue cuando llegamos y nos dieron una habitacion en el bloque C ( algo que ni te dan a elegir ni te lo consultan) , el mas lejano a la recepcion, comedor, cafeteria ( bloque A)... y el que tiene una camninito de apena 1m o menos para poder llevar el carrito del bebe. Problema que se nos dio porque el camino tenia unos arbusto que invadian el paso y en los tramos curvos teniamos que levantar el carro a pulso y casi meternos por el jardin para podr pasar. Asi teniamos que andar todos los dias porque para llegar al comedor ( desayuno, comida, cena..) era el unico camino. Nos quejamos y pedimos una habitacion en el Bloque A que es donde estan todos los servicios. Pero su respuesta que todo estaba completo... En cuanto a las habitaciones, camas de 90cm. Eso de que dicen de 90-130... es mentira porque tambien reclame y me dijeron que TODAS las habitaciones eran iguales... y si vas con un bebe y tienes una cama de matrimonio te facilitan las cosas. Ademas los colchones... incomodisimos... peores de los que tenemos en casa, me despertaba con dolores de lumbares cada mañana. Hoy en dia que hay una gran variedad y avances en descanso ( algo que se valora mucho cuando vas de vacaciones... a descansar) creo que no costaria tanto mejorar este aspecto. Por otro lado, los pasos del apartamento escasos para mover el carrito del bebe. Ni entraba en la habitacion. Si quieres Cuna tiene un incremento de coste por dia... y se te queda la habitacion sin espacio.. Para acceder a la piscina con el carrito lo mismo tienes que dar la vuelta a todo el edificio... vamos que la accesivilidad deja mucho que desear. Mi queja en general va para las instalaciones y alojamiento. Tienen que reformarlas o que a la hora de la reserva te den para elegir en que bloque quieres si vas con carrito. Por otro lado, lo positivo El Buffet y su personal muy bien. La comida muy variada y saludable.

Mucho que mejorar en todo en general. Comida repetitiva, poca variedad y bastante pobre en general , hasta te mandan retirarte tus platos. Apartamentos justitos , colchones muy malos No se ha repuesto de jabones en todos los días En el último día a falta de bebidas. Cubatas carísimos “Personal de animación estupendo Camareros agradables” Ubicado en buen sitio , una pena que no lo recomendaría .

Hotel ou la réception parle un francais correct, l'accueil est cordial, les chambres bien équipées et propres, les lits corrects. Très bien situé a deux pas des commerces et de la plage. attention parking payants tout autour. le soir les animations de l'hôtel sont bruyantes et se terminent tard (11H30) ce qui gêne le sommeil, le règlement autour de la piscine n'est pas respecté et il y avait des personnes qui se baignaient habillées, de jeunes enfants/pré adolescents nus autour de la piscine, ou des nourrissons dans la piscine sans couches de piscine. le restaurant est également très bruyant, matin comme soir, mais le buffet est varié et frais. bref un bon séjour mais pas plus d'une semaine.

El apartamento no tiene congelador y con los calores de la zona como que es basico No se puede estar en la terraza pues el aparato del aire suelta su calor hacia la entrada de la sala y no se puede ni abrir.
