A estadia no geral foi agradável. No entanto nos últimos 2 dias dirigi-me à receção por 2 vezes para pedir ajuda relativamente ao horário do transfer de regresso ao aeroporto. Foi-me dito que nada tinham a ver com isso e que teria que ligar para o número que me é dado na reserva, ou seja, o número da agência, sendo que no papel da reserva que me é dado é dito explicitamente que posso procurar ajuda na receção do hotel para obter esta informaçã! No âmbito de tentar resolver este problema, dispensei horas de descanso a procurar soluções e pessoas que me pudessem ajudar, inclusive, fora do hotel, estando já a colocar em cima da mesa a hipótese de ir noutro transfer com medo de perder o voo, já que não havia meio de ter acesso aos dados relativos à hora de chegada e ao sítio de recolha daquele que havia já previamente reservado! Depois de tudo isto e apenas porque perguntei pela 3 vez na receção em desespero, foi-me dado, tranquilamente, um papel com todas essas informações! Demonstrei no momento o meu descontentamento e foi-me dito que as rececionistas não sabiam nem tinham acesso a esta informação... Não sabem dessa informação? Como assim? A pessoa em questão despachou-me na hora, não tentou sequer ajudar. Disse tanto na primeira como na segunda vez que a procurei, em dias diferentes, que devia ligar para o número em questão porque ela não tinha nada haver com isto e o hotel não tinha acesso a estes dados! Não sabia, perguntava!!! A desculpa dada nesta terceira vez que procurei a receção foi que este papel apenas teria chegado por email no dia anterior à noite, sendo que a agência me garante que posso saber dos dados do meu transfer até 48 horas antes... Enfim, muito fraco a nível de receção... Pessoal da limpeza, bar e restaurante, tudo pessoas afáveis e simpáticas!

No es el primer año que nos alojamos y espero que tampoco será el último. Si bien es cierto que necesita alguna mejora (como todos) , para nosotros es excelente en cuanto a la estancia, el trato recibido. Limpio, tanto el exterior como interiores. Con personal atento. En la piscina siempre tienes hamacas y se prohibe reservarlas. Los huespedes respetan el descanso y no hay bullas. Para los niños no hay muchas actividades pero corren por todos los rincones con libertad. La comida más que aceptable. Hay variedad y cantidad y nadie enfermó, por lo tanto, le damos un notable. También encuentras siempre sitio para desayunar, comer y cenar. Destaco el comportamiento de los huéspedes y supongo, que no es por casualidad. Esta cercano a la playa y al centro de la ciudad y se aparca con facilidad. Si podemos, repetirémos¡¡.

Ha sido nuestra 2ª estancia, después de que el año anterior fuera estupendo, este año nos ha decepcionado un poco. Como puntos a favor, el buffet sigue estando muy bien, incluso mejor que antes con mejor distribución (desayuno) y mejor atención si cabe. La limpieza tanto del apartamento como de zonas comunes estupenda, siempre hay algún emplead@ manteniendo todo limpio y papeleras vacías. Los camareros de la piscina son muy amables, pendientes de todo incluso cuando están a tope. La animación ha bajado considerablemente, solo hay un animador, y aunque es un máquina, no está todo el día en el hotel ni todos los días ya que, como todos, tiene que librar. Por la mañana no estaba abierto ni el miniclub, ni música en la piscina, ningún tipo de entretenimiento, sobre todo para los niños/as. La piscina bastante sucia, el año pasado veíamos como limpiaban casi a diario, este año estaba muy sucia con zonas como se acumulaba espuma en la superficie y el fondo lleno de bolas de pelo, hojas, hierbajos, arena,… El año pasado vimos en IG que algunos días montaban hinchables en la piscina, preguntamos por ello y nos dijeron que solo hay en agosto, así que en julio nada de nada. La verdad es que no sé si volveremos viendo esta bajada de servicios, a precios que no son baratos.

lo bueno: -piscina mediana y sin saturaciones, poca sombra al mediodia (por la tarde sobra) pero hamacas siempre disponibles - buffet pequeño justito pero muy rico -habitaciones bastante buenas necesitan alguna reparacion personal amable y buen ambiente lo malo: -en el buffet cobran el agua, aunque pidas del grifo (cuando por ley deberian ofrecer) -el animador angel deja que desear no se si esta quemado o quiere que le despidan pero trata a los niños fatal -las almohadas estan para cambiar son como papel estancia comoda seguramente repetiremos

Appartement fonctionnel et très propre, l’hôtel est bien situé tout peut être fait à pied mais la nourriture est une catastrophe restaurant type buffet libre, bruyant en sous sol donc aucune fenêtre sur l’extérieur, les entrées et les plats sont insipides, sans saveur, les fruits ne sont pas mûrs, banane qui à mit 3 jours à mûrir, les desserts sont une vraie catastrophe quant au petit déjeuner se n’est guère mieux dommage car le logement est très bien conçu si vous y allez ne prenez pas la pension !!!
