Die Gegend ist wirklich schön - das Hotel und das Restaurant liegen gleich am kleinen See. Schwalben zischen in der Luft hin und her, auf der Jagd nach einem Leckerbissen. Ab und zu flattern Stockenten aufgeschreckt davon und ein Milan kreist weit oben am blauen Himmel gekonnt den Luftdruck ausnützend umher - alles von der grosszügigen Terrasse aus beobachtbar. Wir haben zu dritt das Abendessen genossen - köstliche, ungarische Fischsuppe als Vorspeise, Tartar, Hamburger, Pirohy ( eine Art slowakisch gefüllte Teigtaschen) und Fisch als Hauptgang 🤗, es war köstlich und auch der Weisswein passte.

If you are not a fan off insufficient and rude service then don’t bother. Be ready to be told that your opinion doesn’t matter and they don’t need your money if you raise an issue. Staff is often untrained which is fine, however, management lacks any capability to resolve even simple issues. If you are used to Western services you at times you will probably feel bullied or straight out intimidated.

Nice place but TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service!!!! Noway to come back! No is answer for everything, service at reception, outdoor pool, bufet, restaurant….I have visited several times, but still no progress.

Even though we have spent many nice evenings here and celebrated all our kids christening parties at this venue, my latest experience was dreadfull. My kids were playing in front of the hotel. They were crossing the road to go to the swings in the forrest, when they were almost run over by a car that was driving way to fast. The driver was the owner of this hotel and he threatened us to call the police and social services because he thought we couldn't take care of our kids. It's interssting that when you have money, people think they rule the world and blame other people for their mistakes. I will never visit this hotel again.
