Pleasant accomodation
FLC Luxury Resort Vĩnh Phúc is a very nice hotel with spacious rooms. The room had a big and comfortable bed with soft pillows. The room was clean. The bathroom offered a sufficient number of towels. The staff was friendly. We could order breakfast from the breakfast menu.
We didn't find any hand soap in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was squeaky (I don't understand why the cleaning crew doesn't report this to the maintenance crew so they could fix it). The water from the bathtub was draining very slowly
- it was clogged.
Overall the stay was pleasant, but there were some minor things they should fix so the stay would be perfect.

Trở lại FLC Vĩnh Phúc sau 4 năm. Đã có thêm biển chỉ đường vào resort, nhưng cái hồ đã bị lấp! Cây cối tốt hơn nhưng vắng hẳn màu sắc sặc sỡ của hoa. Phòng được đốt tinh dầu nhưng rất tiếc là mình bị dị ứng với mùi lạ. Sau khi đề nghị đổi phòng không được chấp nhận thì đành làm theo hướng dẫn " mở toang cửa phòng ra là sẽ hết mùi". Tan tành giấc mơ trưa mặc dù được check in sớm! Điều không thay đổi là những nụ cười và những cái gật đầu chào thân thiện của những người làm tại đó

Ở đây chả có gì, dịch vụ không có gì cả, nông trại thì chưa hoàn thành xong, lại còn không có xà phòng, còn không có xe đạp, đã thế giá lại còn cao mà dịch vụ còn giống mấy cái phòng giá rẻ, buffet không có gì cả, không có gì chơi, thiếu thốn hơn các khách sạn thông thường, không có thảm, các đồ đạc quan trọng thì để hết ở nhà vệ sinh, nhân viên thì thái độ không tốt, tôi chưa bao giờ vào cái khách sạn như này cả:(((((
