Pleasant accomodation FLC Luxury Resort Vĩnh Phúc is a very nice hotel with spacious rooms. The room had a big and comfortable bed with soft pillows. The room was clean. The bathroom offered a sufficient number of towels. The staff was friendly. We could order breakfast from the breakfast menu. We didn't find any hand soap in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was squeaky (I don't understand why the cleaning crew doesn't report this to the maintenance crew so they could fix it). The water from the bathtub was draining very slowly - it was clogged. Overall the stay was pleasant, but there were some minor things they should fix so the stay would be perfect.
