Cet hôtel nous a été présenté comme un "hôtel militaire". IL servait auparavant à loger des gradés et des membres du parti. Les chambres sont très grandes et dotées d'un petit coin salon. Elles sont propres mais la déco fait un peu triste. La salle de restaurant est immense car elle sert pour les mariages et cérémonies. La déco est kitch. Le petit déjeuner est sans plus, le choix est limité si vous ne prenez pas "local". L'ambiance générale fait sévère et triste, tout comme le personnel qui est malgré tout gentil.
