We checked into the Wingate by Wyndham just before 11 p.m. after a long day of travel. Upon entering our room we were immediately greeted by two roaches skittering in the tub and another on the wall by one of the beds. I called the front desk immediately; their flat, unfazed response told me they’d heard it all before. No other rooms, no help from their “sister” hotels, no apology, just indifference. We were left scrambling for a clean place to sleep at the end of a long travel day due to no solution to try and resolve the matter. This stay was anything but comfortable or “Wyndham‑quality” for the very brief time we were there. Definitely we would not recommend especially given the nonchalant attitude and a take it or leave it attitude. Unfortunately payment was charged upon check-in and awaiting refund.

We were put room 406 for two nights. Upon checking in the person at the front desk told us the door was "temperamental" but it will work. Well for two nights every time we came in and out it took about 6 attempts of messing with the key card to get it to open. The door also is broken at the top looking like someone tried to bust into it. The liner fell out of the room garbage can and the can is full of rust, mold and food on the sides. I've never seen a can like this in any hotel. Paint is chipping in the bathroom on the molding. I don't know if this hotel does not have a maintenance team, however someone needs to inspect the rooms and get rid of things like this garbage can and fix the door.

I needed to leave a review. I really need to recognize Betty at front desk. She was absolutely the best!!!!!!!!!! Give this lady a raise. Never ever met a more professional and fun attendant in my life. Thank you. The best place I've ever stayed at. I'll definitely be back

overall a decent place for the money. room was clean and relatively up to date. AC worked well. Bathroom was clean and current. Toilets were very low for a handicapped bathroom, but not a deal killer. towels and linens were acceptable. Dove shower products were nice.

Sheets had what looked like urine stains, halls and room were so smelly, bathroom walls need painting and cleaning, bathroom door paint peeling terribly. The motel not Hotel was in a very bark spot. Im disabled and they had no elevator . With all of the horribleness, the staff was very understanding and nice. This just reminded me of some type of motel in the worst areas of town !

this hotel was convenient to a wedding I attended. Overall it was a pleasant experience other than the bathroom that was not thoroughly cleaned.
