Villament Zinc Journey by the Fern, Karjat

Had very nice stay at villament zinc Journey by the Fern Karjat!! Wonderful rooms beautiful surroundings. Entire property looks greeny. Restaurant very closed to swimming pool, however you can have very tasty food at their restaurant. Overall you can enjoy ur stay here.

The hospitality was truly 5-star, making my stay absolutely memorable. The resort is a perfect getaway for peace and relaxation, surrounded by nature’s beauty. The Silk Route restaurant served the most delicious food, and I don’t have enough words to describe how amazing it was! 😍 A must-visit place in Karjat for anyone looking for serenity, great service, and mouth-watering cuisine. We booked an entire villa (4 rooms) 4 months in advance for our parents 50th anniversary celebration. However the resort manager Altesh had double booked our rooms with some wedding party. He said he would make it up by providing a bigger villa. However, on arrival, we were moved to an Airbnb 4km away from the resort, which was not clean - dirty linen, dirty toilets, and it did not have access to the restaurant services or any resort facilities. We were forced to spend one night there as we were travelling with senior citizens and children. The next day we spent more than half our day in the Villament hotel lobby trying to find a resolution and get the rooms we had paid for! A terrible experience! Worst weekend ever. After a lot of back and forth, they promised to get us rooms back at the resort - rooms were not ready so we had to wait again. Then, we got a room with a faulty AC. Plus the premises and lawns were badly messed up and strewn with garbage due to the wedding function. Entire resort was filled with external workers breaking and removing wedding decor and when they finished clearing, another set of workers arrived to get the lawns and pool area ready for the next wedding function. There was no place to walk about the property and definitely not safe for children. Hammering and banging noise continued until after 2 am as they were building a stage with no concern for hotel guests. A horrible night! Plus we were promised a refund and compensation for our first bad night by manager Karan - but at the end he went back on his word. We were completely exhausted at the end of this weekend. Not sure how The Fern resorts have hired such bad managers! Please do not waste your time and money at Villament. There are much better, more reliable, quality places in Karjat for this budget (and less), which provide excellent service

I spent 5 days at Vinegaon Villament Resort in Karjat with a friend in October, and it was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of dishes that never disappointed. The views from the resort were breathtaking, offering a peaceful escape from city life. The hospitality was top-notch, with every staff member going out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Special mentions go to Satish Chaurasia in the restaurant, who provided excellent service with a smile, and Dev Rawal at the morning reception, who was incredibly helpful and efficient. Rahul Singh, on night duty at the reception, was equally accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed late into the night. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job maintaining cleanliness throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the pool and various activities offered at the resort. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which was great for staying connected. Room service was prompt and courteous, and the parking area was safe and secure. Overall, our stay at Vinegaon Villament Resort was very enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to unwind and relax in a beautiful setting.

Recently we had our Office Team building cum picnic in Villamemt Resort. Right from planning stage till execution had great arrangement and support from Mr.Anil Gupta. The resort is perfect combination of luxurious ambience with great hospitablity. The accommodation, food and beverages and other facilities are fantastic. Pool, Indoor games and DJ were awesome. Specially thanks to Mr. Akshay for fabulous arrangements of Food and beverages with service and last but not the least Ms. Jiya and Mr. Vishal for smooth check in of 40+ persons.

The location is very convenient and the rooms are clean and staff and service is really good. The negative for me was that we booked a room with private pool but there is no privacy because anyone passing by can see you and hence we did not use the pool. So the resort can plan to make the space more private so that it is what it says. The food quality is okayish and I thi k they are working to improve it. Overall experience was good but a bit pricey given comparable resorts where I have stayed.
