Posto al quanto pessimo, abbiamo prenotato per passare dei giorni con amici per capodanno, ci è stato dato un complesso ridicolo. Abbiamo passato 3 giorni senza il riscaldamento alla nostra richiesta di risolvere il problema ci hanno semplicemente dato 2 stufe dicendo che il riscaldamento non funzionava e ci tengo e precisare che le camere erano 5 più una sala comune, di conseguenza 3 giorni passati al freddo. Camere con i muri ricoperti di muffa, inutile anche spiegare l’odore che provocava nelle camere, quasi impossibile dormire a causa del forte odore di muffa.

Absolutely amazing
We spent some lovely days at Streda. The food and wine was amazing, the staff was friendly and the surroundings were beautiful.
We will definitely try to come back for a longer stay later!

Adorable property ( wish we could have stayed longer). Situated in gorgeous hills, quiet place. You really need a car or transportation to get here however. Out room was located on level one no elevator so up one flight of stairs. There is a washer and dryer available however they are more for staff use so you may need to wait a bit to use them. Breakfast was available for about 13 euro per person and to us it was well worth it. The restaurant where breakfast is served is upstairs so anyone with limited mobility may want to ask about options. Nice quiet place we would visit again

Fantastic host. Friendly, hospitable and helpful where he could. The other staff was also very helpful and friendly. The pool was fantastic. Great view. Good breakfast. Everything is available, but sometimes you have to wait. Because we were always quite late and they don't want to throw food away, the last rolls and eggs were baked on request. Rooms were fine. No extra luxury, but we were there little. Kitchen had everything you need. Beds were fine. Air conditioning in the rooms. Beds were changed when we were there for a few days, as were the towels. Free coffee all day and a great restaurant. Unfortunately only open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. On Monday there was a free wine tasting. With an explanation about his vineyard and how he makes wine. In short, a great stay, with opportunities to make day trips to Florence, Pisa, and various old Italian cities in the area.

We stayed at the dependance, some 400 meters from the reception desk. We had to go by car to go to the swimming pool. We had a room with a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom and a seperate other bedroom with bathroom for our children. The main appartement was equipped with an old terrible kitchen and there were no comfortable chairs. The walls of the bedroom were dirty and had a black mould on it. There were no fire extinguishers or fire alarms. The beds were good and the airconditioners worked fine. Also the staff were very friendly, but I think we expected too much in Tuscany for € 1.800 a week.

We set the restaurant after a while… we arrive after 1 hour of driving and we are “rejected” because our little and very good pinscher is not accepted even outside… Your arrogance surpasses the beautiful panorama that nature has given you! In 2024 it is UNACCEPTABLE! Never again!
